On September 13, 2021, I was supposed to be picked up at my scheduled time of 12pm, as advertised you schedule your pick up time and the driver should be there once you say you are ready to be picked up. Instead, you have to contact the dispatcher and a driver was being dispatched, it took way over my allotted time for the driver to arrive. The driver arrived at 12:40pm and stated they were dispatched late. However, they was a lie due to dispatch continuously informing me each time I called that the driver was nearby and the driver even told me themselves that they were at the airport. Secondly, the car that arrived was not as advertised as a shuttle van or bigger Vehicle. Instead arrived an older Jeep with black out tinted windows that you cannot see in. The side mirror was being held up by zip ties, the tire light was on and the car smelled like smoke and air fresheners. I filed a complaint weeks ago and still have not been contacted.Business response

We apologize for any service issues you may have been faced with. We are extremely busy and our Network of drivers has not returned since Covid.
We will investigate the vehicle and contractor who picked you up. All of our driver's and vehicles are owner operator. Karmel Shuttle does not own the vehicles. We will request the vehicle to come to our office for a secondary inspection.
