I have paid money for dental services that have not been completed. This process has been going on for almost two years. I keep getting the run around. I've been told they had to go through another company. This process has been extremely frustrating and I've lost patience.Initial Complaint

On October 9, 2024, I went to Town View Dental Care to get measure for a device to help me with my sleep apnea. The manager, ***** **** asked me for my insurance card, which implied the insurance would cover. After the measurements, **** appeared before me and told me the cost of the product would be $6500.00. She further told me that I would have to pay a portion upfront and that i would have to file a claim with my insurance. Two days later, I received an EQUIFAX Alert informing me that there were two loans applications that have been submitted by the clinic, loans that i didn't asked for, nor I authorized. I also learned that two credit reports had been obtained, also without my consent. I confronted ***** ****, who admitted to the credit checks and the loan applications. The product i learned later was extremely high. I have contacted multiple companies who make the same product, and the cost is somewhere between $200.00 to $1200.00. I search the BBB and other public sources and have discovered that there are dozens of complaints for similar indiscretions and plain old theft.Initial Complaint

On 12/11/2023 went to ******************************* for a front bridge replacement, I did the application for a Alphaeon Credit, was approved and they charged the bank $5,869.00 immediately. On 02/13 I went back supposedly the bridge was ready, when I got there nobody knew why I was there until they checked the records and went to find the bridge, turn out it did not fit and had to send it back to lab.On 03/11/2024 went back again, they scheduled to deliver the bridge, again, the dentist told me he had to redo it because it was going to put some metal underneath the porcelain.Furthermore, a month passed and was waiting for them to call me, finally I called them and this lady ********* communicated with me that probably lab was behind and was going to call them and she would let me know that same day, well, she never did, at this point the temporary bridge was really loose, so I decided to go with some body else, I had to pay the pay the same amount to this other dental practice.Nonetheless, I gave them a letter asking for a refund and nobody so far has contacted me regarding that matter and when I tried to talk to the office Manager the Receptionist told me there was no office Manager because she was laid off.Anyway,I have been paying Alphaeon the monthlys payment that so far is over a thousand because I do not want my credit to be damaged.I would really appreciate if you can do anything to resolve this matter, since I have not been able to get ahold of anybody in charge. I saw online ad for dental implants. I went in and was accepted as a patient. They pulled all my teeth out then raised the price to $25,000 for just half of the work. They refused to give me advertised price and they left me with no teeth at all. They refuse to return the $2150.00 I have paid and they will not give me my teeth. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They do not care about patients and they charge you for no work being done. I still do not have any teeth and they will not do anything to help me. If I would have known they were going to not give me what we agreed on in the beginning I would have never gone here. I have no teeth. These people are horrible awful people and they dont care about their patients. They should have all their teeth pulled out and not given any lije they do to their patients. They are awful people. I did bridge work with this company for temp bridge and permanent bridge They charged me up front $2500 I decide not to have the permanent bridge because the temp is fine I have 1100 credit Im trying to get but they wont give it back I spoke the ***** office manager he told me he took care of it but I found out he didnt then I spoke to ******* another office manager she said she will call me back and never called please ** retired and live on Ss security please help me get my credit back Thank you for your helpInitial Complaint

On 10/22/22 I went to Vista View Dental to inquire about getting some dentures.they convinced me that their "All on four" permanent implants were the best choice for me.They said since I was a cash patient I had to pay for it up front.I paid them $29,065.00 by Jan of 2023,They took some x-rays,filled 3 small cavities and pulled 9 teeth.then I went back for some impressions. March of 2023 I went back for a checkup to see how my gums healed.It was then that I first met the oral surgeon who was supposed to to the surgery.He said he doesn't recommend the "All on 4" implants because I had to much bone loss in my jaw to support post.He recommended partials but said I could possibly get some snap ons if they built up my jaw with cow bone.I didn't know what I wanted at that point and said I would let them know.I thought it was very unprofessional that they didn't bother telling me this stuff BEFORE they pulled 9 of my teeth out.I ultimately decided not to get anymore work done there.In April of2023 I asked for a refund for services not rendered. Since then I've talked with 2 regional managers and both agreed to refund $23,500.ive heard 15 days till I get my money.in May..in August it was 30 days max..Now we're in Jan 24 and I still get " your refund is being processed " That's all they can tell me..I've went to great lengths to talk to staff,managers and regional managers only to get the proverbial, "Checks in the mail".not to mention the numerous times I've called and been placed on hold..permanently! This company is rude,uncaring and unprofessional. They only care about money in pocket! In the meantime my 8 year old son and myself are unable to afford housing at the moment while we continue to wait for MY MONEY to get refunded to me ..These people who make the decisions at this company are shamless liers.They should lose their right to practice and be sent to jail.Initial Complaint

Back on July 23, 2018, a treatment plan was drummed up in the amount of $5, ******. Before the treatment was started Townview Dental Care charged $5,****** to my ***** Fargo card card. Per the dentist assigned to my case, she said that I was not a candidate for the treatment the treatment code D8090/comprehensive orthodontic treatment. ******************* the office manager sat down with me and we came up with a different treatment plan after 6 months of no contact from office. Then covid hit and all work was placed on hold. Since September 19, 2022, I have reached out to Townview Dental Care, asking them to return the money, due to I will no longer need their services. Persons that I have contacted are, *******************/ office manager; ******/ ************************************ As of today I have not had any success.
