Shin Imaging Center charged my FSA account $212 twice. Because it's an FSA I am unable to have the charges reversed unlike a credit card. Contacting the company results in a promise to refund the amount via check after 6 weeks. 5 months later and no check has arrived. The response to follow up calls is a promise to check into it and call back with no call back. Further calls result in the person on the other acting passive aggressive and annoyed. Emails are no longer being responded to. It's a simple refund that they should be able to put back on the card but refuse to and no refund response or follow up. This company has effectively stolen money from me and it appears they have no intention of paying it back.Business response

A refund check in the amount of $212.51 was cut today and was sent for ********************* signed later today the refund the patient will be contacted to see if they would like to have the check mailed to him or for pick up at our location.
