      I purchased a Patriot Tire on May 1, 2023, in the amount of $409.94. A few weeks later I noticed there was a bubble on said tire. I have contacted Discounted Wheels Warehouse to have a new undamaged tire sent to me. They asked me for pictures and information regarding purchase which was provided to them. I received nothing but the run around. This tire can blow at anytime causing serious injury or death. Discounted Wheel Warehouse advised me that I needed to get with the manufacturer Omni ******************* and deal with them directly regarding any exchange of tire. I called Omni Source United and they advised it is not up to them to make sales or returns and that I need to go back to Discounted Wheels Warehouse. I then have sent several emails to the company with no return calls, emails or correspondence. I need this tire replaced ASAP.

      I ordered 4 new wheels and lug nuts for my vehicle on 3/01/2023. I received the wheels around 3/6/2023, upon opening the boxes I realized that I got only 1 of the wheels ordered and 3 incorrect. I contacted the company and after much confusion (on their part) and frustration (on my part) they issued RMA's and agreed to have the wheels picked up. I was told the replacement wheels would ship as soon as the return wheels were picked up by ****** On the following Wednesday I called to get an ETA on the replacement wheels only to find out they had NOT even shipped yet. I received the replacement wheels on 3/15/2023. I opened the boxes and again received only 1 wheel as ordered and again 2 incorrect wheels. Another call the the company for RMA's. I was told the replacements would ship immediately and the wheels had been verified as correct. I received the 2 new replacements, one on 3/23/23 (correct, YAY!) and one on 3/24/23 (WRONG AGAIN!) Another call to the company and I received a return lable 3/24/23 but no information on any replacement. To this day I have yet to receive the lug nuts ordered or a cancellation confirmation as requested. During this time I have purchased tires and TPMS to mount the tires, scheduled multiple appointments for installation and spent hours trying to get the product paid for!!!! Now I have 3 wheels sitting in my driveway and a pickup request for one. I'd really like to receive the last wheels purchased so I can actually have them installed on my car and a refund for the lug nuts I never received. At this point I'd also like a discount on the purchase price for all my aggrevation and time wasted.

      I bought 4 tires from them they sent me the wrong ones I emailed them and said to return the tires so they send me return labels with ***** Its been about three weeks now I sent them text and emails if they are going send me the right tires or credit my account no response

      Order#****** placed on March 25, 2022 ACIMA LEASE #******** Initial lease payment received of $74.20 ITEMS ON ORDER WERE NEVER FULFILLED AFTER PAYMENT AND NO REFUND ISSUED after cancellation request by email and on their sellers website Contacted ***** for resolution to no avail, currently going on 6 weeks with no insight I WISH TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BY HAVING MY INITIAL PAYMENT REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY

      On Jan 22, 2022 I placed an order with Discounted Wheel Warehouse for 4 new tires. 6 days later I get a notification from ***** that my package cannot be delivered without an adult signature and no changes could be made without contacting the shipper. I contacted discounted wheel warehouse to arrange for ***** to redeliver on a date agreeable to me. Spoke to *****, a supposed manager, who was not providing any help nor provided a solution to the presented problem stating that it isn't their policy to request a signature but when I questioned where I could view that information as is my right under the Federal trade commision act, she told me that she would have their legal team reach out to me.

      ordered wheels from colt and was told they would be shipped from **** because I needed them quick. they sent wheels from ***** instead and they barely made it to me in time . however they sent wrong lug nuts and I was told by colt to buy some local and I would get reimbursed and they would send shipping label to send wrong ones back. today called to get reimbursed and a shipping label and was told after wrong ones returned they would send me $20. correct lug nuts cost me $42.39 locally. colt was informed about wrong lug nuts, but now say he say he did not say he would reimburse me for buying them local and only for wrong ones they sent. after leaving this review I think I will file a complaint. not a very honest company to deal with.

      I ordered wheels and tires from this business December 8th, 2021. I paid the full amount ($765) including balancing of the tires on the wheels and shipping. I got an email confirming that they got my order, however I have never gotten an email confirming that they shipped them. Not only that, but Ive tried emailing the business, calling and they never pick up/reply. I would like to get my money back, if possible.

      On 12/3/2021 i disbursed $1054.43 to discounted wheel warehouse for a set of 4 car rims, a set of tire sensors, and tire locks. The tire sensors were supposed to be programmed to my car, allowwing me to save money on the mounting of the rims if i went through this firm. After 10 days or so, the parcel arrived, and upon paying to get the tires mounted, it was clear that despite paying for pre programmed sensors, the sensors did not work. Also, the custom gunmetal rims only had 2 of the matching center caps, which completes the appearance of the rims. What was sent with 2 of the wheels were non matching black plastic caps about 2 inches in diameter, and look unsightly with the beautiful wheels. So, to get the tires installed, i had to speed another $200 to get the sensors taken from the stock wheels and placed on the new ones, and the wheels with the plastic black caps were horrible. I called the company via the extension given for the sales person (Colt), and could not get through repeatedly until i called as if to make a new order. I explained the problem, hoping to get the problem resolved. I was transferred to a woman named ******** who did not handle the issue. This problem persisted and i have called several times, where i was assured that my money for the sensors would be refunded, and the replacement caps would be sent that were advertised when i placed my order. to this day, this issue has not been resolved. I would like to be refunded for the tire sensors i was scammed into buying, refunded the money i had to spend when the sensors wouldn't work, and i would like to get the original caps that should have been sent initially and match the rims i purchased. This is ridiculous. Please help me resolve this issue.

      I BOUGHT A SET OF WHEELS AND TIRES FOR THE AMOUNT OF $1283.80 FROM THIS COMPANY(DISCOUNT WHEEL WAREHOUSE **************) ON AUGUST 4/2021 AND TILL THIS TIME THEY HAD SENT ME JUST THE TRACKING NUMBER THRU ***** 282209660342,I HAD TRACKED THAT NUMBER BUT WHEN YOU TRACK THE NUMBER ***** TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE YET. I HAD CALLED THIS PEOPLE(DISCOUNT WHEEL) TWICE WITH THE ONLY ANSWERED, WE SENT IT TO YOU .BUT, THEN WHEN YOU TRACK THE NUMBER IT WIL TELL YOU THAT ***** HAD NOT RECEIVED IT YET.
