I have addressed the problem several times with this business but to no avail. They have continuously gotten my order wrong at least four times if not more. The problem is especially egregious because all the orders that they have consistently gotten wrong have been done in person, not online or over the phone. There seems to be a communication problem where the cooks don't understand English, or the order taker makes mistakes with my order almost every time I go there. They do rectify their mistake but I have to drive unnecessarily and during meal times whenever I go back to the restaurant after they have rectified their mistake. This takes away from important meal times like eating dinner and lunch together with my family. This is the primary problem with this particular business in that location. The other California Fish Grill located in City of Industry does not make mistakes with my orders. In addition to this problem, the restaurant has also used another name instead of mine to refer to me. This is rude and disrespectful, and it's very unprofessional. Please contact the management and notify them about these problems. Thank you.
