On February 27, 2024 I ordered a heat press with the added warranty and shipping protection. The total came out to 333$. On March 1 it said delivered to my home address and signed for by some random name, I was home all day waiting for it and did not receive it. I dont have security cameras outside of my home so unfortunately I have no evidence that a crime was committed, ie I cannot prove the package was ever delivered or stolen, and I still dont know which it can be. Its been days since, Im 331$ down and I have to find a different company thats more reputable and do this process all over again when I can afford to. Purchasing the shipping protection and warranty DOES NOT protect you in the case that fed ex mishandles or loses your package, nor does it help with the company in any way. They respond quickly, and are sure to let you know that they wont be helping from the start, in their exact words we do not offer refunds and all they do is wait for fed ex to say duh we delivered to the right address so they can close the case. I didn't even care about the money as much as the loss of the machine. Please put your money into a company that has better protection, I should have done more research into them. I heard good reviews on ******* and went with that but I should have dug deeper. There are hundreds of reviews with people in my exact situation who lost money with this company just as I have. Now I want to make sure everyone knows this issue and doesnt quickly buy into this company only to potentially suffer loss.Initial Complaint

On 1/21/23 I placed an order with heat press nation and paid for 2 day ***** shipping, didn't receive order until 7 days later contacted the company and asked for a refund of the shipping, they declined several times, if you can't deliver on your promise and get products shipped in 2 days, don't advertise for it and take money from other people they really scammed me out of $28 for fast shipping, if you need your products shipped and processed fast please don't count on them, this is my first and last time heat press nation.Initial Complaint

I ordered some heat transfer tags the tags will not press. ******************************* is giving me the run around far as a replacement and or refund. ******************************* was supposed to email me last week with the return label for the tags now he isnt returning any of my emails or calls. And every time I asked to speak with management Im transferred back to *******************************.Initial Complaint

I ordered my sawgrass sg500 kit on August 9th and it said it included the paper and blanks. I received my order without paper or blanks. I reached out to customer service and was told that the paper and blanks was a promo that started after I ordered my printer. I sent emailed them a screenshot of my order confirmation showing the full kit and the representative told me their website would have updated my email with the "current" promo kit from their website.ORDER ********** Paid $609Initial Complaint

I purchased a Pre-Order HPN Signature Series 7 in 1 Automated Sublimation Mug and Tumbler Press for $640.83. The Tumbler was supposed to be sent separately. I received the first part of the order on Aug 27, 2021. After a while I never received an email with secondary tracking information for the tumbler. I thought it might have been included in the original order. I didn't have use for the Tumbler press until this weekend May 2, 2022. I realized the tumbler press wasn't in box and I never received it. First I reach out to their online chat department. I was provided the tracking number for the tumbler press. I was informed that is was delivered on Oct 4, 2021. I ended the chat and said I must have it in my garage somewhere. After I left the chat I looked closer at the tracking information and noticed it was sent to Melville, instead of ************ where I currently reside. I called customer service and I was told I should have contacted them sooner and even though they mailed it too my old address it was my responsibility. They gave me a $45 store credit. The missing Tumbler piece cost $100. I was never notified the Tumbler was being sent out. If I would've been notified I wouldn't file this complaint. When I purchased the product they didn't even provide an estimated delivery time when to expect the Tumbler. There was not way for me to know when it was being sent out. My order number was **********. I will attached the email for the the main unit that was delivered to my house and the tracking information that rep provided to me for the ******.Initial Complaint

On 2-25-2022 I placed an order. When the order arrived a single item was not included. The amount of that item was $72.00 I checked the account online and it stated "partial" fulfillment status. I emailed the company and was told the item was on back order. Then was told the item was discontinued and I would get a refund. I continued to wait for the refund transaction, the transaction has never been issued.Initial Complaint

On Feb 25, 2022 I placed an order with this company. I used the option Affirm, Affirm pays the total balance and I pay affirm. When my order arrived it was one single item that wasn't included. I was very patient and waited however many weeks later the item never arrived nor did the company ever acknowledge this item was never going to be shipped and no refund to my Affirm account. I looked at the online accounts order status and it says "Partial". I gave it more time and still nothing. I decided to email the company and I was told the item was back ordered and then I was told, looks like the item was "discontinued" and I was issued a "full refund". I checked my account once more and still no refund transaction from the company. I then called and got the complete run around. I was told via email the refund would be a few business days. I patiently waited and still nothing. I refuse to go back and forth with this company. I have included copies of the order and emails exchanged. Also a copy of my Affirm account showing the company never refunded the amount for the item that never shipped. Heat press nation intentionally left this item out, trying to scam and get over. it's been about 45 days. I've been patient, nice and gave plenty of time but it's obvious according to customer reviews that this is how the company treats their customers. According to the ordering site, the item is in stock. The company is bad business scamming customers to steal money but not today because I demand my full refund for that single item they were paid for.Initial Complaint

I purchased a very expensive OKI White toner printer which I am unable to register and obtain information on how to operate and Heat Press Nation will not provide any information whatsoever.
