  I purchased a Nutriscan Diagnostic Saliva Test from W. ******************* at Hemopet at **************************************************************************. I paid $268.20 for this kit. Only after receiving and taking the saliva sample of my dog did I discover at the very end of the form that the dog had to be off of Apoquel medication for a period of 2 weeks. At this point, the saliva I collected was worthless as my dog had been and was currently on Apoquel. I called and spoke to W. ******************* and explained that my dog could not come off of Apoquel and that their test was no longer of use to me. She acknowledged that they don't advertise this very well, and also acknowledged that they had not incurred any expense as I never sent the kit in to be processed. They agreed to refund my $268.20. They did not process a refund. I then challenged it via ******* ***** / Apple credit card and was granted a refund which was later reversed when this company challenged back. I never submitted and never received any results from any test kit. This business did not incur any expense and they STOLE my $268.20. This is not a reputable business!!

  This establishment is misleading and dishonest with its clients posing a threat to the health and safety of animals under its care. ************* is negligent and avoidant of her duties as a licensed veterinarian. She also employees technicians who are unlicensed and uninformed. In my case, I was upsold a cytology test. Initially the clinic emailed me that the results were inconclusive and recommended removal. However, I later found out that ************* was negligent and didn't even read the report from the lab that indicated my baby was in danger and at risk of cancer. I pressed diligently advocating for my dogs care and faced continuous dismissal by the entire staff. Finally, an unlicensed vet tech tried to tell me that inconclusive was the same as negative. I told her that was not true and yet she insisted in trying to dismiss me with false information. Days later, after more followup, ************* finally read the actual report and emailed me the terrible news. Had I not followed up and advocated for quality care for my dog, I would have never known the actual test results. The fact that ************* doesn't even call and relay bad news to patients goes to show how careless and negligent she is. She sends emails and invites no questions or conversation regarding life threatening illnesses. This clinic poses a danger to its clients due to ***************** negligence and avoidance of her duties. I requested multiple times that the clinic share the names of the licensed technicians but they refused and guarded this information illegally. I do believe they have unlicensed techs working illegally and spreading misinformation.
