      I tried ordering something I saw an ad on ******** from this company named Drovasi. It is a device that is supposed to help with tonitis, ringing of the ear. The cost was $70. I paid my purchase in full back in. I would say late December by January 14th I had not received anything and I emailed them asking where it was no response. On January 22nd I emailed a second time asking where my product was and asked for a refund? I finally heard back from them on the 23rd. They told me to use my tracking number to find the product. It was in *******, which is the state I live in. It was then sent to ********, the last. I checked it is still in ********. Why would it go from the state? I live in across the country. I emailed them again on February 6th. Did not receive anything back. I emailed them again on the 16th of February. Nothing received. I emailed them today April 22nd. Asking them for my money back. That's all I want. I do not want this product. It's coming from *****. I do not want a Chinese product that cost $70 that I'm never going to receive. I am very frustrated with this company. And would like to protect other people from buying from them. They sell a multitude of things according to their website. If you could look into this and see if you can get a response from them that would be great. I am asking them for my money back. That's all I want. I do not want their product.       3/1 I purchased an ems set of two for the chest They have sent me two supplements instead of what I ordered They refused to provide a tracking number When I looked into the product they sent- many others had also received these bottles from this company instead of their order.The address on the envelope is from a scam address in ******** The first picture I am submitting is what they sent. The other pictures is of the emails and the order I was supposed to get.They stopped responding and won't give me a refund or my correct order

      On January 3, 2023 I ordered a product from Drovasi called an Ultrasonic Lymphatic Soothing Neck Instrument which was advertised to assist in draining the lymphatic system. I received an email on January 6th, 2023 saying that my shipment was on its way but the tracking number provided never worked and went to a website that was in French. I emailed Drovasi on January 29th, 2023 to see where my item was and if they could provide a working tracking number. They replied back the same day with a tracking number that stated my item left Wujan, ***** on January 24th, 2023. I finally received the item in the mail on February 11th, 2023 and it has no instructions and is in a box labeled "Pose Corrector". The company will not answer my emails now as I've sent three and have gotten no reply.
