I walked into dealership on April 25,2023. After management had called me to invite me take advantage of a promotional APR. After checking the vehicle I liked we proceeded to the financial part. Everything was great until we had to go over the documents and paperwork. We had agreed on $460 72 months. I had a pre approval with another bank. Manager said you do not have to go back to them we can call them and take care of it. Sales person said they were not able to find the approval but we got you a deal for $460 which is what we had agreed on. She said to help you out I have added GAP with everything included for the same price. They kept on asking for a higher down payment to lower payment but I did not have anymore cash on hand. When reviewing the contract everything looked fine, she did not provide any documents and just a flash drive with the contract and done deal. After reviewing the contract its not longer 72 months. It is now 84months. Not only she Added GAP which she said to help me out but she also added additional services that she did not mentioned or showed me while signing the contract. Today I contacted my credit union bank who was my pre approval and said they did not get any information and its a process for them to provide them with the offer letter and it looks like the dealership did not attempt to contact them. Representative said you are not the only person who has mentioned this. We had a few other clients saying the same story. I tried contacting the dealership to cancel the additional services they added and the answer was there is no one to take your call.

My mother took her vehicle here to check on a warning light causes by one of the side mirrors being the wrong part. She only wanted a diagnosis to check to make sure the car was okay. For background, there is a sticker on the car windshield with the latest oil change mileage, which is common. These people sold my mother in law the most expensive oil change (which was done a month prior with the sticker indicating that) and filters, and other useless services that had nothing to do with what she asked for and explained it her as if they were necessary for the car to function Stressed out about the cost, she called me because if she paid, she wouldnt have enough money for rent. So I texted the worker, *********************, asking to cancel because there was a miscommunication and she didn't want these services. He lied, saying the services were basically done when the estimated time was 3 hours and there was nothing he could do. This was only 15 minutes maximum after. In the end they held her car hostage until she paid the bill after 3 hours. The warning light on the car was unresolved. She had an important doctors appointment that we have been trying to get her to go to for years but she ended up missing and not having enough money for it anyway. We called ******* in which he said he would look into it. He emailed us saying our review is wrong the most he can do is refund a portion of the bill, saying all the work done was good for the car so we should have to pay for it, when they are things we specifically asked not to do.

I brought my car into the dealer for diagnostic only, to find out what was the problem and the cost to repair to sent it to the insurance company to see if they will pay or not pay for the car accident repair. I told the dealer MULTIPLE time, do NOT order any parts or perform any repair until I authorize them first. I ONLY authorize them to do a diagnostic test in the amount of $240 to know what was the problem to sent it to the insurance company. After they took over my car to do the diagnostic, it is very hard to get a hold of them. They intentionally ignore me to perform UNAUTHORIZE repair on my car. Then HOSTAGE the car to ****** money for all those UNAUTHORIZE repair. They authorize themselve to do repair WITHOUT my authorization. Then HOSTAGE the car then RAMSOM money for all those UNAUTHORIZE & ILLEGAL repair.

I recently went through a terrible experience with Hyundai and Garden Grove Hyundai that has left me frustrated and disappointed. I've been a loyal Hyundai customer since day one and even owned two previous Hyundai cars. However, my trust in the brand has been shattered after my third Hyundai turned into a nightmare.I left my one-year-old car for servicing at Garden Grove Hyundai, and to my shock, it was stolen right from their service area due to their poor security measures. The entire situation was a mess, and it's hard to believe that something like this could happen. To make matters worse, when I initially purchased the car, Garden Grove Hyundai charged me over $2000 more than the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) under the pretext of a "market adjustment." They also included a ************ application, which I later discovered was redundant since Hyundai already offers the **************** for the same purpose.Following the theft, both Hyundai and the dealer washed their hands of the matter, directing me to their insurance. The insurance offered only the vehicle's market value, which was 25% less than what I had paid for it. Seeking fair compensation, my emails were met with silence, and both Hyundai and Garden Grove Hyundai suggested I take them to court something I never imagined having to do as a loyal Hyundai customer. Now I have just got the market value of the car given by their insurance but I have paid more than $8000 for the car. My mental health and disruption in the works were not adjusted instead they made intense arguments and all.

Was charged 230 dollars to look at my car. Was told this would include repairs. Asked for an AC recharge. Was the told by a mechanic on the phone that I would be charged the 230 but that my car may still not work. What am I paying for if I'm told you are paying for your car to still be broken after

On July 30, 2023. My 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe stopped functioning. There was a noise of knock knock coming from the engine. Then the car slowed down. The next day, Aug 1st, 2023, I had my car towed to Russell Westbrook of Garden Grove Hyundai, **** **************, Garden Grove, ** *****. After my car been towed to the dealer at Garden Grove, the serviceman named ******* texted me to confirm that my vehicle had been there. I telephoned him and asked about the problem. ******* told me he would replace the engine because it was still under warranty. Then he requested me to pay $690.00 for cleaning the Oil around the engine.Next day, I came to the office and wanted to have the engine replaced. They asked me to pay $690 for oil cleaning. I did not agree because the oil spilled due to the engine broke down. They still requested me to pay $690 for cleaning the spilled oil. My daughter called the **************** making a complaint. ******************, National Consumer Affairs, changed the story completely. Instead of requesting me to pay $690 for cleaning spilled oil, the man told my daughter that Hyundai totally denied the case. No engine replacement. Reason: The driver did not change the Oil from ***** miles to ****** miles!

Found a used Dodge Ram on their site and due to all the negative reviews regarding pricing, used the "Get Today's Price" link on the website. After acting like he had never heard those three words before, ******* finally confirmed the price at $29,743 + tax, license. His exact words in the text. After a two hour drive to the dealer, the sales guy says it's over $40,000 and that "you should have read the fine print", and "all dealers do it". You expect this from the corner used lot but a dealership for a large brand? I saw the reviews but guess I couldn't believe they would actually lie to get you in the door and then talk like you should have known better. It wasn't even that good of a deal. Just competitive at the listed price. Sent the ad and texts along with a complaint to the state and county AG.

My 2021 Hyundai Santa ********** was purchased brand new 4/2021 via financed through my bank. The *** was ultimately determined to be a lemon, under Ca Lemon Law finalized January 23, 2023 with HMA (Hyundai Motor *******) as the car is now in their possession. However Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Garden Grove (the dealership the car was originally purchased from) is required to refund the following add-ons GPS ($1595), ************************** per guidleines. I have provided the dealership with the letter from HMA and any related documents. I went in person and was denied services as they said I needed to have HMA contact them personally for any refunds that are due to me. As far as the ************** I am not sure why it was added to my contract now that I know the explanation given was falsely explained to me. The car automatically came with a built in GPS tracking system among other services as all Hyundai's do called Bluelink the only GPS account I have had full access to. It was explained to me that this was the service I was paying for although now I find out otherwise during this process that this is a whole add-on that has no affiliation to Bluelink. This add-on Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Garden Grove is refusing to refund and update my personal information with a multitude of excuses saying that it is impossible to cancel this service contract as well as they are not willing to deactivate the account and would not provide me with any information to sign in to cancel myself. Please note I have contacted my bank and this was not something that was requested per the bank whom my current loan is through nor was it requested by myself other than being led to believe it was Bluelink's affliation to complete the contract propoerly.

In searching for a new car yesterday, I came across a certified preowned vehicle at this location and will attach a picture of the ad. The price of the vehicle was ******. Because the location was an hour and a half drive away from me, I called to verify it was still in stock, that it was actually that price, and I set up an appointment with ****. He assured me that it was on the up and up he did inform me that they added some upgrades, but that I could decline them. When I arrived, he passed me onto an associate who let me drive the car. I was ready to buy it and then the wait for the numbers they added $7995 for the add-ons. The cost of this vehicle was about $3500 less than brand new and I wouldnt have the 36 mo maintenance. I declined the add-ons, as **** said I could I was told that was not completely possible that they would work with the numbers they were going to charge me $1995 and give me some of them for free. When I said no I drove down here to get the car for ******+ tax and license fees. At that point, I wanted to leave the associate wanted to give it another go Or at least give me a number for a new one that would be respectable. Why would I buy a new one from a company that fraudulently had me drive an hour and a half? Im sure some people fall for this, it is not OK with me. This is 100% fraudulent advertising. It was a waste of my time, gas, etc. I do not recommend this location. They are not trustworthy. They are the stereo, typical car sales people. Its unfortunate, because there are a lot out there who are good. I would actually like reimbursement for my mileage and time. I would also like for them to stop these fraudulent practices. I cant imagine its legal. Thank you for your time.
