I swiped my wrong card and it said it was pending. Until the 25 th and it went through before then and charged me a fee o went in the next day to put money in so it would not be I. The neg since it said the 25th went in they was very rude. And would not do anythingInitial Complaint

I opened a business account years ago with my ex husband. When we divorced I tried to close it, but was told I could not without his signature. It was a free account so I left it. As the ex husband would not go in to sign.Years later the credit union then decided to start charging fees. I was unaware. I became delinquent on the fees as I had moved, the business had closed and the ex husband had moved. I did not know until I saw the ding on my credit report. My identity has recently been stolen so if they did try to call I would have thought it was a scam call since it is a credit union I do not use.When I learned my credit score had dropped 100 points, I went in immediately to a branch to find out how I could have a missed payment. They did not end up charging me the fees and they now were able to close my accounts. I want the credit union to reverse the ding to my credit since they ended up waiving the fees and finally closing the account. The ********************** department of the credit union refuses.
