      I ordered $85 worth of hats from lostlovenyc in December of 2022 and I never received the hats, a refund or a response from my emails and ******** posts trying to contact someone.

      I placed an order for a hat on March 31st 2022. I have yet to receive the order. (order #*****) I sent emails to the company on June 29, August 8, August 17 and October 4 looking for a follow up. I am just hoping to either get my product or receive a refund.

      I ordered 3 hats on 12/17/2022 and was charged $65.95 for the product. When ordering it claimed any merchandise ordered would arrive by 12/23/2022. I never received an email with tracking info and became worried; however I saw that I was charged the cost and assumed the products would arrive. On 12/28/2022 I sent a message to them using their website. I never heard back. On 2/4/2023 I used their email address listed on their website to make inquiries on my order and I received a failure to deliver notice stating that the email the website provided does not exist. I verified the email again from their website and confirmed I had copied and pasted the correct email. I also tried using the message and chat feature on their website. Neither worked. At this point I am questioning wether the business is legitimate and would like my money back.

      I placed an order on 12/8/22, and received a confirmation email that order was placed and my credit card was charged. I then got an email on 12/9 letting me know that my order was on its way. The tracking history says a label was created but never that the item was delivered. I've gotten several emails asking if I am happy with my order and on each of then, I clicked the button saying that I had not yet gotten my order. I recently sent an email to their customer service inquiring about my order, and I got no reply. Now, the website is down. I would like a refund.

      purchased couple of hats on November 3 2022 for Christmas for my son. By December never received. My son reached out to the company. They told him there was no shipping address entered, which is untrue you can't order without shipping addresss I?t won't process the order online. They told him this would take 3 to 5 business days which would at most been on December 10th I gave more days. This lead me to January 6 2023 when I called my credit card company and still did not have a refund and have them investigating the situation. I am not the first person complaining about this company. If you don't give product you should send there money back. Poor Business.

      I placed an order with company on September 27th,2022 (Order #*****) for the anmount of $71, and have yet to receive items paid for. Items ordered include 3 baseball caps. Ive reach out to business on multiple occasions via email and direct messaging on Instagram social media platform with no update. The funds were removed from my bank account almost immediately. The tracking number provided states that a shipping label has been created, but upon calling **** they have not received a package from company for shipment.

      I placed an order and received confirmation. They got the payment. I received confirmation that a shipping label Had been created. I have been waiting for my items since 12/7. I have emailed the company a few times and no response. Now their website is down. I would just like my money back.

      I ordered merchandise on 11/04/2022 at 10:46 am. I spent $240.00 and have not received anything. There is not a number to contact them to be found anywhere. I have sent 7 emails requesting an update and have received zero response. My son has reached out to them via instagram every day for two weeks and cannot get a response. They did send a **** tracking number #********************** but this is just a label that was printed and nothing has been sent. I ordered close to two months before Christmas to ensure that I didn't have any problems receiving it but I still do not have it or a refund. Both of which I have requested.
