      I ordered this Top Heat product for $49.95 with the remote for $7.99, on January 8, 2023. It stated that it would be delivered within 7 to 10 days. My total price was $67.93. Once I paid for it, they said I earned an exclusive GIFT CARD. They have not sen1t me anything.I tried calling the numbers, but one says, "The mailbox is full **************." The other is not even working anymore (*************).The order # is: *******, 1121768.I have not received anything or heard anything from them.

      We apologize for the shipping delays to get your product out. We try our best to push through the back order delays and get everything shipped out to our customers in a timely manner. A full refund has been issued and sent back to the original payment method and should be received in 5-7 business days.

      The business refunded me $66.93.  I am satisfied and this case may be closed.  thank you so much.  They did not send a letter or email, I just saw the credit to my account.  Thank you all very much.

      On November 13 2022 I purchased a Blackbird 4k drone from Modern tech sphere. I purchased an additional extended warranty for $29.95. I received the drone. However, I did not receive any information regarding the extra warranty. I have contacted them 4 times via email and made multiple attempts at calling them. I requested the name of the insurer, the contact information in the event it would be necessary to utilize it. What the warranty covers. The only response I have received to my emails is it's in the computer don't worry about it and contact ***************** Which I have done repeatedly. I want the above mentioned information to be provided to me.

      I  never requested a refund.  I requested a copy of the warranty including a warranty or policy number, contact information, a description of exactly what is covered. 

      If the business refuses to give me the requested information then I  will accept a full refund.  I would also ask that you (BBB) would further investigate the validity of the "extended warranty "". While my case would be closed this company is Obviously engaged in some sort of scam. Most people would not go to the lengths that I have. It's been a very time consuming and frustrating process. I'm sure many people would simply accept the company's response to inquiries "not to worry about it because it's in the computer " believing that the company is being honest.

      I bought an Alpha Flame & remote on 02/07, order # **F50AA615.It is a heater. I received it and determined it ran too hot and would jeopardize the safety of animals and children so I returned it 02/25/22. I was told once they received a tracking number, they would refund me but they have not. I have called multiple times about a refund, first they could not refund paypal, then they were going to do it by echeck. I have called numerous times 3/13,4/14,4/11,4/26,3/29. Now they state that the issue has been returned to the company? I thought they were the company.
