      I had a light switch replaced on my VentaHood in August. I had to pay $99.78 (included shipping and handling) for the part prior to the technician coming out to replace the switch. When the technician arrived, I showed him that the cost of the switch online (OEM item) is only $7.64. The technician called the office and they agreed to refund me $71.53, stating that they had no idea why I was charged so much. I have been waiting for that refund ever since. I have called and emailed on many times. On November 16th, I received a text stating that I would receive a refund of $203.15. I texted back asking how and when this would happen. I have heard nothing since.

      Our oven went out, luckily it was under warranty and the company we purchased from called on Executive Appliance to "fix it". Executive Appliance came out and stated that we needed a new circuit board. After a couple weeks went by I called Executive Appliance and got the run around, of course no call back. I called again 1 week later and again got the same treatment. Given this I called the company we purchased the range from, who got their butts in gear and magically Executive Appliance comes back the next day. After 2 separate appointments, their installers could not figure out how to "program" the circuit board. Now their guidance is to fix it myself.This is literally what they told me to do, call the tech support of my oven and fix it myself, even after they got paid!
