I placed an order with Mildfits on 02/05/2022. I ordered 5 pair of shorts for a total of $125.10. It has been 5 weeks and my order has not shipped. I have reached out to Mildfits several times and have not received a response. Personally I believe this company is a scam. No phone number to reach them but yet they have tons of ads and a functional website. I am a business owner and have been for 20+ years. You can pay $20 a month to have a customer service line. I recently clicked on view my order via the original email sent, the prompt says, this store is not taking orders anymore. Then why is your site advertising 50% off? Because you are scamming people.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on January 12, 2022. After waiting a week and hearing nothing, I contacted customer service and received no response. I've reached out to Mild Fits several times and have still yet to receive a single response. I want the products I ordered or my money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in July 2021 for a single pair of shorts. I received tracking that noted the package had been return to sender due to the lack of a delivery address. Ive made several attempts to resolve the issue and was in contact with **** fits customer service. I was told in August of 2021 they would resend the order. I supplied my address, which they already should of had and then nothing. I reached back out and they sent me a bogus tracking showing the package was delivered. I would like the product I paid for or a refund. Simple as that.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
