About 2 months ago I saw an advertisement for a "free trial" of radiant infused anti aging creams. The advertisement said it was postage only. I decided to place an order. I did not see very fine print that said the order had to be canceled within 15 days or else you get it forever. When I tired to check out online, they kept trying to add more products to the order, so I decided not to go forward with the order. It was too frustrating to simply get only what wanted to try. Apparently however, they already had enough info to send me the products. I was surprised when I received them, and I wanted to send them back. It's impossible however based on the lack of info they provide to know how to contact them. So the products are still sitting unopened at my home. Today I received a phone call saying I owed the over $300. This charge, they said, is for the products (which remain unopened) and for an additional "late cancellation fee." I asked if I could mail back the products. Answer no. I asked why the high expense for products that be bought at ******* for under $30. No response. I said I would pay for the products but not the cancellation fee which seems exorbitant especially given that the "15 day trial period or else" info was obscure. I was told I had no other choice except to pay in full today or they would mail me more product tomorrow and I would owe even more. I tried to reason. I asked for someone with more authority. I got no where, and I eventually hung up in utter frustration. I thought I didn't allow the order to go through. It did somehow, but I can assure you I would not have even begun to place the order had the conditions been clear. This seems like a ruse to get a ridiculous amount of money.
