Preparation meeting with Tax Accountent on March 14 and I provided all follow-*** by March 27. Tried to reach him repeatedly via phone and email during April to make sure we were all set for filing in time. I even tried to go to his office a few times to see if it was open but no one was ever there. It wasn't until May 20 that he responded indicating "all is well" but with no specifics or further follow-up. I had to assume he had my filing under control but I was still worried as I never saw an extension filed. I again in mid June right before I had to go off the grid a cross country move. He uploaded the filing for my review Jun 27 while I was offline. No phone calls or direct contact from you, just notifications from the portal that there was a file there? When I was finally able to dig into what was going on and reach out to schedule a review with you, you were able to file but that wasn't until October 17. Never was there a mention that there might be late fees associated with filings. Recently received penalty and interest notices from both state (12/27) and federal (11/7). Upon reaching out to my tax accountant, no response. I've email as well as left voice mail messages on both cell and office numbers with zero response. Total penalties and fees: $1,767.72
