Purchased a canvas for $70.00 on 12.11.22 & just went to track my package & noticed the website is now shut down so I became concerned that I was scammed. My tracking # is ************* but can't be located. I read the complaints filed with BBB & confirmed that I have been scammed so now I am stuck without a way to contact the company for a refund. I just want my refund because I am pretty confident that I won't receive my order as promised by canvaxy.Business response

An order a was placed without my knowledge and paid for with my information. I reported to them several times that it was a fraudulent charge. I got a response saying they wouldn't refund my money because i was disputing the charge. Of course I'm disputing it, i didn't make it! Now they won't even respond. So they have just robbed me. "I" didn't use my information to place any order. Why do you think I'm telling you that it is fraudulent? Just refund my money. You're making this way more difficult than it has to be. They told me to close the dispute with ****** and they would refund my money. I did and then sent them the screen shot just as they asked and then they told me I had to deal with ****** and not them. I purchased two non slip door mats early November. I spent about $50. When they came I was not impressed. I put them aside and immediately contacted the company. They finally wrote back, very vague, and gave me a return email to contact. I have contacted it three times and haven't heard back. I contacted company again and they assure me it will be resolved, and then nothing. Tonight I informed them that I will be contacting you.Business response

I purchased this product under false pretenses. They were not clear on their website that their product does was FRAMELESS. Only AFTER, I purchased the product did they disclose that I would have to pay and additional ****** to frame the picture with their DYI framing kit. I do not have the ability or the time to perform such a task and paying ****** on top of the ****** for the rolled up piece of canvas is too much money to pay for a reprint of a picture. In my opinion this is false advertising, this is undeniably shady business practices and they should be put out of business or forced to clarify and advised oh you will need to purchase a frame with this, before the actual purchase goes through. I contacted them with in minutes and told them I did not want the item if I had to pay additional money for a frame and frame it myself. They wrote me back and provided a link to purchase the frame and said we look forward to your item shipping soon. I want this item ******** stopped and if it arrives I want the item to be picked up at their cost and my money refunded.Business response

I placed an order with this company found on Facebook on November 17. Less than 12 hours later I reached out to cancel not realizing the pictures were posters and not in canvas. They replied that unfortunately it was too late and the order had been processed and was on the way. I did t receive until 12/6/21 and have sent emails totaling 15 or so asking for a refund and their policy for return. Package is still unopened. They directed me to email ******************* to which I received no response whatsoever. The charges are 125.00 I am asking for as refund
