            I purchased a *** and moon ****** blanket from *************** on December 11, 2022. It was delivered to my house on December 20, 2022. The blanket looks nothing like the advertised picture and description on the website. The product was made very below standard with several imperfections. I strongly feel this business is providing false and misleading advertising to customers. I feel this is a fraudulent and scam business. They advertise a quality product at a high price and ship a cheap terribly made product to the customer. I have made several attempts to contact the business for a refund via the email they provide. They do not provide a contact telephone number or any other contact information. They have not responded to any of my emails to resolve the issue.             I ordered a blanket for a Mother's Day gift it did not arrive on time and before I got the product I told them not to ship. The product was shipped and I returned to the address they have on their website for the warehouse. I told my bank to stop payment and the company came back saying the refund was refused because I was shipped the product. On their website they show their manufacture out of ******* and come visit their shop there. I called them out on that and they told me no all products are US made. I call that lying to a customer. So now I have no product and they have my money. Definitely not a company that is based on good customer service.
