NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. EVER!That is the simplest way to sum up my review. They are a nightmare, and they will do their best to ruin your life!Sorry this is long... so many explanations; I cant even list it all here...Repair after a water leak my 77 year old mothers bathroom/shower.The guys that show up to do the work, do work hard, but it seems that everyone in their business office is COMPLETELY incompetent.Its like they went to ********* and asked entry level fry cooks if theyd like a very skill-based job where you have to pay attention to details, work with people and use logic.Its like those fry cooks then said I dont think I qualify. but they then said Ah... its OK, well hire you to do this anyway!!Their contract said theyd finish the job in 30 days (they sure didnt). It also stipulates they dont work on weekends, holidays or CALENDAR DAYS. What other kind of days are there? So, they dont work ANY days? Got it.They will argue tooth and nail about editing details like this.They couldnt get my simple name right when sending me contracts to sign. Thats the case though I should not be signing contracts anyway (it is my moms house/insurance policy). This happened time after time, they sent contracts to the wrong name to sign on a job that person has nothing to do with technically.They screwed up our tile...installed the wrong size. Weird how this happened and that the wrong tile was way cheaper for THEM. They MADE money on this because they had already been paid by our insurance. Speaking of payment, Ive now had screaming conversations 3 times with them where they insist they havent been paid.They sure had just paid by AAA insurance and they didnt know where to look in their system.This ************************* June and through mid-September, they still didnt have their s together with payment and finalizing.Never consider them for anything!!! DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY! dishonest, unscrupulous, bad, poor workmanship! On 02/4/2022 my house was flooded by water heater tank malfunction. ANM Construction and Environmental Services was my insurance preferred contractor. Repairs started on 4/22 and almost finished by 01/23. On 12/31/22 my newly installed hardwood floors buckled up d/t rains leaking from windows. On 2/23 Contracted them again for self-pay 3 new window installation but instead of just removing small portion of water-damaged perimeter wall around ******************** they removed the whole >200sqft ******************** ext to 40 sqft ceiling claiming my roof is leaking. On 2/21/23 1st ***** of ANM workers installed 2 windows poorly which leaked during the rains. They secured tarp around windows by driving big nails through and through stucco wall causing water intrusion that damaged plywood sheathing inside the house. On 3/2/23 2nd ***** of ************** trashed my windows by wider removal of stucco around them more than the usual customary practice, tore intact black paper inside the house, incorrectly applied fortiflash, used black sealant, then left debris (broken window glass, stucco pieces, metal lath, wood with nails, old tarps) in my backyard. On 3/3/23 worst thing ANM did was send 2 demolition workers, without my ************************** who defaced and ruined my stucco by adding massive destruction/big holes above the windows and across diff areas high above the wall, removed rain gutter downspouts, did not put tarp covering to make sure rain enters the house, then abandoned the job unless I agree to a roof job. This vandalism prompted me to report it to Police 2X for our safety. Despite recent strong winds/rains, my roof has remained intact & not leaking. I have to tape and tarp the wall in 3 diff occasions during the storm which cost a lot. The physical/ emotional/ mental distress, and anxiety this egregious & fraudulent practice by ANM has caused ******** is priceless.

In 2018, our home was burned in the ******* Fire. We hired *************************, Contractors ID#***************************** at **********************************************************. ************ F. ************ LIC #****** to rebuild our house. Every subcontractor that ANM sent to our home was subpar and we had to have their work re-done over and over due to poor work quality and their cutting corners. Our roof had to be repaired four different times due to leaks. Our solar panels were re-stalled without getting the proper permits pulled. Our tile flooring, paint, kitchen plumbing, and cabinets all needed to be redone due to unsatisfactory workmanship. I post this, so other people do not make the same mistake as we did by hiring ************************* and ANM Construction & Environmental Services to work in their homes.
