This business was to complete a maple wood Kitchen and murphy bed March 7 February 9 I paid ***** March 17 I paid ***** March 25 they wanted the full amount even though they were not finished and many things were wrong, color, scratches, stains, mechanical issues and sizes for example height of cabinets were at 36" without the countertop and should be 36" with a countertop as a standard height, microwave cabinet was too small, laundry cabinet too big bed would not close was not level missing parts and doors amongst too much else to list and design, they were well over the agreed completion date and they used 3 different plywoods not maple wood he begged for money I paid another 500 I mentioned everything that needs to be corrected and finished before I could give him any more as the agreement was the 3rd payment upon completion. He then sent his employees only to pick up there material and they mentioned how they had not been paid in weeks and that it would be their last day working for the business also after seeing the quality of work being done with my project and the business never returned to fix or finish. I had to hire another business to finish the job and after a couple estimates they all suggested what had been done should be gutted in order to fix all of the problems well I had already spent **** and did not have any more finances to start all over so had to just make the best of making everything functional and more esthetically appropriate and spent another ***** and 3 more weeks to do so. I also lost ********* in potential rental income because this business' set back. Please find pictures of the kitchen and murphy bed along with the new crew trying to get it to a usable state. My wife and I hired Nitos Customs to create some custom kitchen drawers for us. Up to the time of install everything was fine. However, during the install they realized some of their measurements etc did not align with how the cabinets needed to be installed. Our contact ****** was at our house during install and they left saying they would need to come back to finish because they needed to make some small anchors for the cabinets to be fully installed correctly. The project began November 2021 and install was in late December 2021. About a month and a half passed and they kept telling me they were still making the brackets (or whatever they needed to make). They came back late February to finalize install and while at my house they again said they were missing pieces which I didn't understand why they were not prepared being it had been so long. Also, from late December to mid February it was SUPER difficult to get a hold of ******. He wouldn't return our txts, calls, nothing. We paid for a completed project a total of $*****. We have bank transfers for proof. Also invoice from them. I have tried over and over to fix this issue but they seem to no longer care being we have already paid in full. Now I will need to hire an additional vendor and pay for them to finish cabinets for us.
