Ordered the Supersonic Hair dryer about a month ago. I was skeptical with this website after reading all these reviews and wanted to cancel my order. Contacted customer support and they assured me that if I have any issues with my order I can return the product. Ended up not canceling my order; it arrived in a decent time frame just how they stated on the website. To my surprise I loved the dryer! I have even ordered one for my daughter in law for Christmas. I have ordered two Airwrap Stylers from Stealadealinc. in September 2023 and they work just how it was advertised. It has 5 attachments, I use the brush and the barrel attachment weekly. Hope it will last me for a long time. I have contacted customer support about my address change and ***** helped me out right away, shipping took about 10 days which is ok, usually that is the new normal shipping time if it is not amazon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Air Styler ordered and paid for May 6 2023; received May 27. Although item worked, it was found defective and quality extremely disappointing, additionally missing a leather case that was advertised to be included. Contacted seller directly re return for refund and, following their instructions, shipped item (at my cost) and provided purchase confirmation as requested. Item delivered by **** May 31. Contacted seller 2 weeks later for update, was offered replacement or store credit which I declined. Website states "30 day money-back. 100% guaranteed. Not happy with your purchase? We will gladly offer you a complete refund as long as it's within 30 days. Our top priority is your complete 100% satisfaction". Company also stated "The item will be inspected on arrival, after inspection you will be notified via email and funds will be posted to your account. Typically within 2-5 business days (weekends excluded)" and "shipping & processing fee ($9.95) will be deducted from refund total". This company withheld a refund and had both my payment and the item for 21 days. Fortunately I chose an option to pay through Amazon, who I contacted after this. Amazon refunded the full amount of my purchase immediately. Thank you Amazon. Repeat: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ONE STAR IS MULTIPLE MORE THAN THEY DESERVE!Review from Marion M

I order products from this company and returned them as they did not fit my needs. It has been over a month and my bank account has not been credited for the return. ***************** is terrible!!!!Review from Katie H

TRASH! Take your money else where. This company deals in garage and they make returns ********, too complicated and they end up with your money anyway.
READ REVIEWS!!!!! Completely a scam. The star is only because you can't leave a review until you leave at least one.
