I received services by this business which have now relocated to *************************************************************** and she did not complete the service . I paid her 659 for eye brow services which requires a touch up. She refused to do my touch up because I refused to pay the cost of 150 up front . Her flyer says a 50 deposit is required and the remaining amount is due upon service being redured . I sent her the deposit and she rejected and requested the full amount to be paid on 4/22 the time of booking my appt for may 7 2024. My eye brows are messed up and now grey. I would like my money back of 659 so I can get someone to fix themInitial Complaint

I paid for services in full for a promotion she was having my first appointment was canceled and rescheduled due to her running out of numbing cream the 2nd canceled by her again do to her son having a dental appointment 3 time appointment was canceled day before my appointment apologized and said Ill refund u what you paid and render services so I asked for my refund even offered a tip just because and she never responded to the text so I disputed I shouldve read all her reviews before handInitial Complaint

I booked a service for eyebrow microblading. I arrived late due to traffic and the long distance I was coming from. I informed the business that I was arriving late and told them the time of my arrival prior to me arriving. The disclaimer on the website stated that if I arrived late there would be charge or possible re-scheduling, which I was fine with. The business didn't tell they preferred to re-schedule. Once I arrived, they stated I had to pay to rebooking fee and pay the whole entire fee again which was prepaid, and I wouldn't be issued a refund of $450. I do not feel comfortable receiving services from this business and do not want to reschedule.
