      I purchased an adjustable bed frame and mattress on 5-6-2024. After many calls and store visits I was allowed to return the adjustable bed frame on 5-18-2024 and it was picked up on Monday May 20,2024. I have lumbar issues and, after watching numerous television commercials showing persons who seem happy with this type of bed frame I thought it might work for me as well. The frame only exacerbated my back problems and so I needed to return the frame.On 5-18-2024 I went into the store after contacting a Supervisor at *********** Corporate Offices as the salesman in the store would only say "there are no returns". Nowhere on my purchase contract does it say "NO RETURNS"! My thought is how do I know if this bed frame is for me unless I try it? I can't try it until I buy it. So shouldn't the customer be satisfied with their purchase? I was able to return the adjustable base for a regular base and box spring. I purchased a regular bed frame and box spring to complete my bed set, so the return/new purchase was done.Today, 5-31-2024 I received my statement from Synchrony for the above purchase and it does not show a credit/return or adjusted balance due, only the original amount. I called the store, spoke with salesman named **** who advised me that the return wasn't received by them until 5-20-24 (which I acknowledged), he would submit the credit/return/exchange immediately. Each and every time I have called to speak with someone from *********** they are very condescending and try to make it seem as if the problem is all mine; that they don't want to be bothered. I will never do business with *********** again! Buyer beware!

      Questionable business practices. The warranty documents required 3 signatures and were "X" out and never signed by me or my wife. They have unreasonable requirements to get service or repairs. Such as the stain exemption. If the mattress has stains the warranty is void. Stains have nothing to do with the mechanical features such as the inflatable cells or pumps in the mattress. We're now waiting for the "inspector" to come out, to see if the problems are within the warranty coverage. This after 6 weeks of runaround. I would not recommend sit n sleep or King **** to anyone.

      Today at ******** store I requested to exchange my two mattress bases. The Assistant Manager said he cannot help me at the store level and told me to call the customer service, or come again several days later when the manager is here. I stayed at the store and called the customer service number that he gave me. Customer services representative asked me which store I purchased it and I told him it was ********. He then put my call on hold and called ******** store. The ******** store manager heard the phone rang, picked it up and IMMEDIATELY hanged up. I continued staying in the store and called the customer service number again. In the middle of my conversation with the customer services, the Assistant Manager without my consensus hijacked my call by grabbing my phone, talked to the customer rep. and told him to dismiss my request. I was totally SHOCKED! I don't deserved to be mistreated. It was not about whether the request was approved or not, but the way they treating and handling customers. I requested to exchange the bases but not the mattresses and ended up the customer service INFORMED me they were cancelling my whole order (2 mattress and 2 bases which have been delivered and worth $8000+) and scheduling a pick up. Ridiculous!

      I purchased this mattress which I thought was very costly of over $4000. This mattress is causing me and my husband, back pains and hip pain. The inspector came out the review from the inspector, said that is tolerable stating the tolerance level has to be over an inch and a half. The mattress is at an inch and a quarter but tolerable to who. I am not a young person Im over 60 an this mattress is causing me and my husband health issues. This mattress is not tolerable to us. I havent slept on it in months only to be denied even an exchange. Waiting on the to busy ******** Service Supervisor to call me back. Ive been dealing with this for over a few months now. Next Im calling an attorney. Im not going to keep behind abuse my companies that want your money but then no customer service. One star for the ************************* only because he was apologetic.

      ************************ spoke with our CS Supervisor on 12/26 & we came to an agreement. The reasons for the denial were explained in detail and although the mattress did not qualify as defective, an approval to exchange the mattress we agreed to exchange the mattress. Exchange took place on 12/29/23

      The product is where my 1-star is directed, their staff is truly delightful.  They will allow you to exchange your mattress purchase for another mattress, twice. Each exchange has added up in price. I am left with an expensive mattress that is making it increasingly hard to breathe. As my breathing gets worse, I have to sleep on the couch. The reviews on Yelp, or BBB. 1.36/5, are not positive about their mattresses, with complaints of being too hard and causing pain and numbness, breathing issues, and migraines. I placed my review on the Stratus Mattress, on their website, but it never showed. I saw another review, exactly what I had experienced, thinking, whew, it's not just me!! It disappeared! Many years ago I purchased one of Sit N Sleeps' Beds and had the same breathing issues. They provided a refund from the same store! Years later, I tried them again, thinking that maybe CertiPur would allow me to sleep and breathe! The CertiPur is not making breathing easier! If you can't breathe with a mattress, that's is CertiPur, that's not safe for the consumer. I told the **************** Team that I was struggling with breathing on this mattress, but they never called back, even though ******* said she'd call back at 4:00 pm Tuesday, after speaking with her supervisor. I waited for 2 more days, hoping for a positive answer, I just want a refund. I don't want to "trade for another mattress," investing further money into Sit N Sleep!! I am disappointed, and stuck with an expensive bed I can't sleep on if I choose to breathe! I gave it Sit N Sleeps' three-month break-in period. My breathing, trying to sleep in this bed, has been a struggle, that does not improve!! I pray that you can help resolve this issue so I can be refunded for this bed. I offered to pay the restocking fee. I'd be so Thankful for a refund on this bed, and they take it away! I promise to never return to purchase from Sit N Sleep again!! Thank you!!

      I called Tempur-Pedic warranty and was told to submit a warranty claim on line which i did. the warranty on my pillows are 5 years. they denied my claim. i purchased both pillows for $360.00 and for the warranty not to replace my pillows is redicilous. also when i purchased my matress inside the paperwork i was provided stated that if i register my matress i would receive a promotion to buy 1 pillow or sheet set and get 1 free which that never happened either.

      I called a total of 4 times to Sit and Sleep, once to the store and three times to ************************ I left messages for a supervisor to call me back and I haven't received a call back. The messages I left for the supervisor was that I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from the Upload Store that cost me very close to $4000.00. And that the ends of the mattress had no support, when I get out of bed, It feels Slippery and I feel like I could fall down, putting so much stress on my knees and hips, I am of age and have arthritis and it's difficult for me to out of the bed. I've had never had a bed where I felt I would fall off. Secondly, one side of the bed does not have the same firmness, very different so I need to sleep on one side because the other is had less Cushion, on that side, I can't even get out of the bed because I do not feel even more safe than other other side because it's more slippery. I left messages saying I want refund, I cannot see paying so much money for a mattress that is the working for me.

      Customer has contacted us a few times requesting a refund. We don't offer refunds as stated in the purchase contract signed at the time of purchase. We have offered the option to exchange the mattress if this model is not working out for her. She is eligible for an exchange only.

      Stay and sleep did not honor their warranty there was a big indentation on the side of the mattress and they only measure a certain spot in the mattress. I asked for my money back and they didn't want to give me my money back they said they would change the mattress and they did change it but I was still not happy with it and I bought another mattress at a different company . The mattress was not as expensive and better quality I have the sit n sleep mattress on the wall . Sit n sleep said they were going to have a supervisor call me nobody ever . my husband and I started going to the chiropractor waiting for them to call us it has been a horrible experience . Customer service are really nice but they will say that they'll call you and they won't they're just very good talkers.

      I was sold mattress protectors that are supposed to be breathable, as I had purchased a cooling mattress and I was very specific about being a hot sleeper. They are absolutely not breathable and feel like sleeping on trash bags. Whichever side of my body was touching the bed would be absolutely drenched in sweat multiple times throughout the night. They were also $369, so naturally I went back to the store for a refund. My salesperson was entirely unsympathetic (which is a complete 180 from his demeanor during the sale) and told me there are no returns, and I should wash them again. He did offer a $100 credit, which I accepted, but that does not make up for the other $269 I've now sunk into something unusable. So, I washed them again, same result. They are absolutely miserable to sleep on. I'm not getting anywhere with the store, so I've also been calling the customer service line. They were actually more understanding, but still unmoved, and actually recommended I contact the manufacturer of the mattress protector, which doesn't make any sense because they didn't sell it to me. I requested a callback from a manager there, and so far that has not happened, which again is just poor practice. If I had purchased the mattress protector directly from the manufacturer, or from bed bath and beyond, or basically any other retail store, my return would have been accepted. First of all, I don't know how they don't also have a return policy if the literal manufacturer allows returns. Second of all, how am I getting worse customer service at a place I've spent thousands of dollars than I would at a bed bath and beyond? Its absolutely unreasonable. They used COVID as an excuse for not accepting opened merchandise, but again, the other places would accept a return, so that's just a cop-out. I'm aware that there's a no refund policy, but I was sold a terrible product.

      I give them zero stars if I could. I've tried to recieve my furniture for over 4 month. Never received a call or anything updating on the status of my furniture. I understand stuff happens but all I wanted was professionalism. When it came down to take my money they are persistent telling me it's a one time offer let me call my manager etc..when I call all I get is voice-mail. Or someone giving me the run around. I called corporate they said they don't have stores in Florida. I ask for a refund but try to be charge a restock fee for a furniture I didn't even recieve. If you do business with them make sure you have all confirmation and be ready. They probably hire people to write fake reviews and make it seem like it's good business. There just scam selling cheap furniture over price.
