Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer placed an order on 6/8/24 for $170 and never received the order. She received a confirmation email saying the order would arrive by 6/20 because she paid extra for express shipping. The consumer contacted the post office and they advised her that they never received it either.Business response

Dear BBB Reps,
We wanted to provide you with an update regarding the recent complaint about the shipment and the concerns our customer raised with you.
After contacting the customer - ***************************, we want to assure ****** that their order has been successfully shipped out. We have confirmed with our shipping team that the order is in transit and on track according to our established delivery timeline. We understand their concerns, but at the time they raised this issue/complaint, the order is still within the expected timeframe based on our shipping policy.
To assist them further, we have provided the contact information of our shipping partner, who is handling the delivery as a third-party service. It is important to note that once the order is handed over to the shipping company, we have limited control over the delivery process. However, we have shared the concerns with our operations team to investigate and address any potential operational issues on their end. If there is any problems of theirs that affect the delivery process, we will take action and proceed reporting this issue.
We are working diligently to resolve any issues that *** arise during the delivery process. If there is any concerns from them after this, or any updates we got from the shipping provider, we will actively contact with them for a fair resolution.
