      Bait and switch. They lied on over the phone and via text as well. There was no suv. The two salesman provided different answers about why the offer was not available: either the car was no longer available; they already sold it; they were not aware of the online special; the vehicle was having a service due to a problem. They just wanted to drive me there to sell me other cars. Other customers who were there also left. Bad customer service and keeping the reputation of car-sales people. One of them told me he did not need to look at my car if it was already paid for the possible trade in...first red flag...well second or third since the lady on the phone assured me the suv was on the lot and would send me pics, which I have not received yet. I had to deal with the Nissan in ********** dealership too, but they were less of an issue to deal with and just let me know that the suv might be in Lancaster... 10 min later they told me that the suv had sold earlier...mmmm... but they had texted me too that the suv was with them. I wish I could upload screenshots of my conversation with them! But their online promo or ad is still available online.*************************************************************************************************

      I would not ever buy a used car from them. we saw a car advertised. We spoke with a salesperson 3 different times and also emailed them. and told them what we were willing to pay and they agreed on the phone. We even confirmed this with the salesperson that day and when we arrived. we drove the car and were ready to write the check and they came up with additional charges of $3,945 of which $1495.00 was after-market additions which we specially told the saleman we did not/no would we pay for and then $2,000 more for the price of the car. We were told at a table by the Floor Manager that the price had agreed to was an offer. We would of never gone to the dealership if we had not agreed to a specific price with only additional charges of tax and licensing. Its very dishonest to lure people into the dealership after you have agreed not 1 time but 3 times on a price.

      This review is for the Gardena Nissan ****************************************** towards Customers is the worse I have experienced in years. The Service Manager, *******************************, Parts and Service Director, ***************************** and Service Advisor, *****************************, could care less about customer satisfaction. They do not live up to the Company's moto: We Care About Customer Satisfaction. Charge high labor and parts cost and offer no options to the customer. Make sure you get an itemized breakdown of everything that needs to be done before you sign anything so a good decision can be made as to whether you want to use their services or not. There are so many financial options that these Service people are aware of and do not inform their customers. Not **************** Representatives are like that. I will not take my vehicle ever back to this particular establishment. Been a loyal customer for over 25 years and these three soured it for me. If I could give them a minus star I would.
