I purchased 4 shirts for my son on December 3, 2022. I realized that I had ordered the wrong type of shirt and emailed proclub immediately. I was told by ********* that my order would be refunded within 1-2 business days but was still charged 33 dollars to my debit card and we did not receive any merchandise. I have sent several emails to them and have not gotten a response back yet. This has been going on for weeks now and I would either like the merchandise or just my money back but the business does not have any phone number to call and I have sent 3 emails to follow up with no response. It appears that your refund was already issued in full on 01/10/2023.
Please contact your bank if you require assistance locating the refund. The amount refunded was $33.65.

I ordered a size extra large jacket from the pro club shop website and it arrived fine but was a size too big. I wanted to return it in exchange for a smaller size or if not possible for a refund. Want to know how to go about it. I have tried to contact them about the issue but they have not responded or the support line is not operating as would expect. Date of Transaction: 04/18/2022. Order #: *********. Delivered: 04/25/2022; Date of first support request: 05/11/2022; second request on 05/13/2022 by phone - Voice mail is full ad unable to leave a message; Sent request again via online chat and received email confirm.Initial Complaint

I ordered some sweat pants a while back and noticed the size was way off compared to other large sizes with other brands. It's about 4" too long. It says Large on the label, but this was either measured completely wrong or the L should have been and XL. Asked them for measurements of their Large size and not a single reply from them except for some automated email. I've opened 2 tickets with them to do a return and sent a couple emails. No replies. The phone number also listed as (XXX) XXX-XXXX EXT: *** (Currently Unavailable) I've left several messages. I'm not sure if people even work there or what, but I'm not getting a response. It's very annoying. I'm just trying to exchange my pants for the right size. I paid $50 for it. I'm not sure how any business can even operate like this.
