Orer placed on 4/11/2023. I never received an order confirmation. I called twice and left messages on voicemail. No one got back to me. I also tried to call other times, but you can't get a live person on the phone. I then sent a detailed message on their contact page, and no response. They charged my credit card, and there is no indication that order was ever processed or shipped. I question whether or not this is a legitimate business. If it is, buyer beware.Business response

My apologies on the delay with my response; your email was marked as junk mail.
I understand that we are past our dispute timeline, however I would like to clarify that there was no contact made from the customer. I have reviewed our emails and phone logs and there are no records of it.
Also, I have reviewed our records and she has two customer accounts with us, on both accounts her personal information is accurate. It is odd that she never received and email from us. Our system automatically sends a confirmation e-mail of the order placed, an e-mail once the credit card is charged, and finally an email when the order ships; tracking number provided.
The order was placed on April 11th, and shipped two business days later on April 13th, we do have a note on our website, sloggers.com explaining that orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Transit time is out of our control, however the order was delivered on April 19th at 12:11pm, via ***** tracking number 9405511206207743239262.
I've attached a copy of the invoice and **** tracking details for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to me if further information is needed.
