X Tech Security knowingly caused delays to a service call that resulted in further damage to the property and ultimately replacement of all products and services due to X Tech's lack of knowledge, customer account management, and purposeful neglect.Business response

First the name, and address doesn't match any project we have or had. After some research we found one of our projects that *** is a staff member at. This project was completed on 11/15/2019. The project was walked by an owners rep. and approve. We got a call on 5/22/2020 that the client has decided to go with a different company. All the codes and service information were giving to the client rep. to turn over to the new company. We got a call from the client rep. on 1/4/2023. Asking us the check a camera, they were informed that they were no longer a client. The rep asked us to do them a favorite and please stop by and check the camera, which we did on 1/5/2023 around noon. It was a rainy day but our tech found the camera had failed, and we do not stock that camera on our service trucks. *** calls our office and starts yelling at my office staff, and saying how we ****. That was my last event with that project. And will be the last event.
