      The order was placed online on January 27, 2024. Delivery was scheduled for February 5, 2024. There was a shipping exception. I waited 48 hours and asked for a refund. I received an email telling me to write back after the scheduled delivery date. The scheduled delivery date was missed. I again asked for a refund. Rather than issuing me the refund, I am told your company was putting a trace on the package that could take 72 hours. They do not answer the telephone. They only respond to half the emails Ive sent. They do not decline to issue the refund, they just deflect away from issuing the refund. I am embarrassed that I assumed this was a legitimate, responsible company. Seeing their BBB rating, I realize now I should have done more investigating upfront.

      On 9/15/2023 I purchased a pair of shoes on line. I received them on 9/25 and found they were too narrow. On 9/26 I requested return and received information. Unfortunately it required to be returned to a Bar location. When I tried to find a Bar location it listed Giant Eagle, Staples and a few other locations. I checked these stores and they said they do not handle such returns. I tried to contact ****, but the have no way to contact them. I want my money back.

      I'm trying to return a pair of Taos sandals that I like, but my feet don't as the footbed causes discomfort when attempting to walk.I've tried for four days now to reach the company by email "returns" following their link and by phone, the latter gives a recorded message directing one back to the email site, and in both instances the site does not work for returns (or exchanges, if that were my option!)Given I have 30 days in which to make a return, I need assistance or lose $135. and be stuck with shoes I can't wear!The shoes were purchased 8/30/2021. Customer order #XXXXXX. Style: TSH-XXXXX Color Steel. US10 1 unitI'm hoping you are able to help me process a return.If you are in need of additional information, please advise.Thank you!
