This supposed company is full of lies in order to take your money. They said they will help you resolve a problem but instead they just take your money and when you ask them to return your money, they just said that is your fault and then they just don't take any responsibility about anything. This company is a fraud and please please please don't use them otherwise they will end up stealing from you too.

I was desperate like everyone else still trying to get my money back

Abused in a relationship desperately wanted to talk to a lawyer, they don’t have one for Florida. They took my money anyway. Scammers,,, their services are absolutely no good to me. THAT WAS THE ONLY MONEY I HAD ?? CUZ HE KEEPING THE REST AWAY FROM ME !!! I was gonna use it on my divorce papers!!!! That I already had, but Desperate to talk to a lawyer first, because he’s trying to take everything from me and leave me on the street with nothing … I wasted MY ONLY MONEY on them they don’t even offer lawyers in Florida. I have no MONEY NOW !!! I can’t file MY papers now.. I’m stuck in an abusive relationship. ???????How can these people OK robbing people who ARE desperately NEEDING a LAWYER !!! Take a vantage of people in these situation putting peoples lives at risk!!!

I was in contact with your case coordinator finally today. She is NOT customer service oriented and impolite. I will not be needing her help as my safety IS my #1 priority and I did leg work myself to file separation papers to get served since she did not reach out for some time after last Saturday (which I was told when shed be calling) to get the response that I shouldn't have been told that because they don't always work on saturday...I have had no help from your program, nor needed it, so please refund my $ to my account it was taken from and cancel me from your program with NO further deductions.

I paid 159.00for a phone call.. for them to tell me that if I need a lawyer I would need an additional 2000-300 dollars or 1100dollars for just filing court documents an the self help option was not available in my area an I decided to call the court house an I find out the the self help option is available an would only be 195.00 for the entire filings this place is a huge SCAM they also are trying to charge 39.99 a month for their services after so not use do not use especially if u are low income

If you want real legal help, like where and how to find information DO NOT HO HERE. They will tell you the can't help and ask for more money. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty smart. If you need information on what and to file fine me on fb $5 if I can help $0 if I can't Again, of I can help $15 iafter 9:55pme. If you really can't pay, I'll NEVER turn you down. I will help.

I would warn against using this company. I have been trying to reach them repeatedly for refund or comment. I have to call and email incessantly & whenever customer says they will get back to me they do not follow through

This company is an absolute scam. You don't get anything close to what you pay for. Here's the setup: You have to pay $160 ($40 one-time fee + $120/mo recurring) to initiate what they tell you are their services. Then, after they've got you hooked, they tell you they can give you the free option or the $1,300 option. The free option is they find your court documents online and show you where to find them, don't help you fill them out or submit them and you get no legal representation. That's $160 (so far) to google for you. The $1,300 option (pushed with pressure sales tactics) is they'll take MONTHS to procure a few pages worth of a word document that a highschooler could have made by following a template that they googled. You still get no legal representation, you're made to submit the very basic documents by yourself and you represent yourself. When I asked the Senior Manager about legal representation, he recommended that I search my local area for legal representation... after I'm already $1,500+ in to these guys for what I thought was supposed to be legal help. Then, just in case I wasn't sure this company was made to scam naïve fathers grasping for hope in their most difficult times, the $120/month recurring charge kept going for FOUR MONTHS before I realized they were still charging me after I 100% got verbal confirmation from Jeff Lightbody, the Senior Case Manager, that my subscription would end now that I finally got my document from them. They lied to me after taking way too long to provide a subpar service for way way too much money. Then, when I called to tell them I wasn't supposed to have been charged for those past 4 months, they told me they would review the call to confirm I'd cancelled my subscription and get back to me within 4 days. Never heard back. Never got my $480 refunded. Absolute fraudsters. Should be ashamed of themselves for preying on people.

Very disappointed in this company. Took my money and didn’t help my situation at all. I spent over $1200 including additional $200 for temporary child support and custody. I constantly had to wait for my papers in which is only information you provide to them in answering questions (not worth it ) after waiting for weeks, receive documents with incorrect information on it and They didn’t include all paperwork needed for child support, custody, and divorce. Paid additional $ from court to get more paperwork. Couldn’t even use the letter typed up for temporary custody as it doesn't Relate to my situation. Would have been great to known before wasting more money. Filed a complaint and never heard back from the billing review team. File yourself much cheaper and painless way to go to avoid stressful unnecessary frustrations. Complete Waste of money for sure. ??????

I just call 15 min ago and a guy his name is Joshua it's a prepotent and abusive person who treat me like shit, you guys don't have to hired a people like him...iam not asking for free lawyer or something like that I can pay a lawyer service
