Date of transactions March 11th for a week of camp June 10th for $360 and March 12th for a week of camp Aug 19th - the camp was cancelled the day before it was to take place and they are not giving a refund - I would have not complaint if the camp ran as per the agreement or they refunded the fees, they have done neither - they have not proved the service they are selling nr a refund for the lack there ofInitial Complaint

My child was signed up for a Winter Break Horse camp with S**** and Rancho Palomino. She asked for the Final Payment the day before camp began. I submitted final payment on December 29th. The same day she texted me cancelling the camp due to rain and sickness. I asked for the refund because she obviously KNEW she would be cancelling when I paid her that day. She refused a refund and said I could have credit but didn't have any other camps scheduled. She was very abrasive and rude on the text messages. She then ran a Spring Break camp which was shut down by local sheriffs the morning it started because they didn't have licensing, fingerprinting or permits to run the camp. I definitely did not feel safe trying to wait for her to reschedule another camp, so I asked again for my money back and she refused. I do not feel comfortable letting my kids go to this camp and she will not even give me partial refund. She didn't say anything when I signed up that all sales are final. I would like a partial or full refund.
