I applied for an apartment with Mission Parks apartments, located in Gilroy, I spoke with the office manager *****, and let her know that I recently was approved for a housing voucher thru the Housing Authority of Santa Cruz and was in the process of transferring to Santa Clara County, at that time they had an apartment available, and ***** advised that in order to get the apartment, I should leave a holding fee of 300.00, I let her know that my credit was not great and she said that was ok, that I would only probably pay a higher deposit, she gave me hope, the search for housing was horrible, I am disabled and suffer with Lupus, so when she gave me that information it was great news, The process from housing was taking along time, but finally they gave me the ok to rent the apartment, but then ***** told me that I didnt qualify due to my credit. I then asked to get my deposit back from back in July they said it would take a month or so, I have called, sent emails with no prevail, ***** says that I should have rec'd it, but it has not been mailed, I need get a receipt of the amount, but no check was attached, I then called her, and she said it was out of hands, but how? she took my money with no problem, I am on limited income, it might not be a big deal to Mission Park Apartments, but it is to someone that is trying to make end's meet, please help meBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/01/19) */ ******* ******** was sent check #**** dated 11/30/21 in the amount of $300.00. I have also made 3 phone call attempts to her, getting a recording saying her Voice Mailbox is full & an email to her personal email address w/no return response to confirm that she has received this check.
