Don't even bother showing up here, such a waste of your time it's disrespectful. Came here to see a "clean" 2016 M235 and the mileage would lead you to believe that was the case only to arrive after flying from *********. Just to see three of four tires have dangerous sidewall damage and one of the tires was flat. The front bumper was scraped from lack of care. Oil leaking from valve cover. Worst part about it was just being lied to about its condition. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and took a loss oh well what do you except. The reviews are the way they are for a reason. Owner came out offered to pay three of the tires and said I'll have to pay for the last one only after I called them out for trying to sell a car with the tires condition telling him he's going to get someone killed selling car like that. These sketchy corner "dealerships" if you can even call them that have a bad rep for a reason. l've been to many dealerships and this one takes the cake for being the worst. Even if the vehicle looks good from pictures think again and never agree to buy unless in person they purposely took pictures inside their building to hide the ticking time bomb of a car they have.

My boyfriend and I are currently trying to find a new car after one of ours was totalled a few weeks ago. ****** was a huge help, and wasn't super pushy or obnoxious like many car salesman have the tendency to be. ****** was also a huge help. Great experience.

Worst dealership I have dealt with. They do not respect their customers at all. Once you purchase the car they become unresponsive. They gaslight you and try to convince you that nothing is wrong with your vehicle and that car noises that can be clearly heard are all "normal". Took my car to two different mechanics to get opinions and both said this company put the cheapest break pads they could find and put it on the luxury car I purchased. This is what was causing the screeching sound. They also keep saying they will call back with updates on fixing my car but never do. Looks like they are trying to ************ the warranty clock. When I take the car in it takes them about 4 minutes to "examine" it. I have never been to a shop where it is that quick to test drive and examine a vehicle. When they say they take the car on a test drive...not true. The mechanic said he took it on a drive and did not hear any noises. I asked him to go on a drive with me in the vehicle and low and behold the noises were pretty loud and the mechanic admitted to hearing. He then confessed he asked the owner permission to change out a part he believed was causing the noise and later on another person came back to tell me noises were normal and nothing was wrong. Even after texting to get copies of some paperwork they are unresponsive, unwilling to help and rude. The company also started sending my calls to voicemail even after they have failed to provide me with simple paperwork I had been requesting. This company should not be in business. They forger to realize that the customer is the one giving them money and they need to be responsive and attentive to those who have chosen to do business with them.
