9/19/23 purchased vehicle was told "guaranteed to be happy"9/22 vehicle will not start 9/23 called to pay remaining balance and inform of issue. Payment was refused and I was told they call back two hours. 2:15 will not start 2:19 sent text 6:30 lvm 9/24 no contact sent into dealership. Will was very defensive couldn't answer simple questions. Said nothing was wrong he's driven it all over ************ and back. Said he would pay to fix it in his time. No rental or time limit for car He said if I want to fix it I can and I will no longer owe any money. Assuming he was paying still.9/25 fixed vehicle costs $200 found more issues no oil what so ever purchased oil and went into dealership. I was told I'm stuck with it there is no such thing as a lemon law. It's not a price of furniture I can't return it. I explained I need a reliable car for my kids. He said there is nothing he can do the car is mine even though I paid for a cancelation policyInitial Complaint

My husband and I bought a 2003Chevy Silverado HD Back in August and we traded in my 2013 Kia Sorrento that I still owed money on. Gilroy motorsports was supposed to pay off the loan and I just recently got a letter from *** saying that they are going to suspend the registration as of December 9, 2021 because there is no insurance on the vehicle. I have reached out to **** the business owner about the Kia. And asked him when he was going to be paying it off and he's just been giving me the runaround. I have tried getting this resolved. I have tried talking to *** I've tried talking to the Loan Department for the car and told them my situation and I haven't had any luck. I just don't want to be held liable if something were to happen when I don't have possession of the car. I also noticed that on his website he has it for sale when the loan is even paid off. All those vehicles that are for sale are cash or check paid in full he does not do loans. So I find it weird that he is trying to sell the Kia when the loan is still in my name and it has not been paid off. I'm just not sure what to do anymore so I'm hoping you guys can help me settle this situation
