      Great service, friendly smile and quick to fix any mistakes they have done Unlike another deal, ******************* of ***********, ** who won't even own up to their mistakes. One misfortune is another person oppoturnity and Gilroy Dodge took care of me with a car 5 years new, lifetime motor and transimission warranty and a lot of more bang for my buck. Most people come here to grief on complaints, I'm here to praise Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Keep up the good work.

      This dealership will not honor the warranty that they sold to me when I bought my vehicle in mid-May 2019, I have just filed a formal complaint with BBB, and I also want to warn others. They are rude and unprofessional and worst my car that I took to be fixed they have pretty much told me to take the car as is with no resolution, putting me and my children at risk of a breakdown. In fact, the recent breakdown occurred in an unsafe place. I have a 84 month, 60,XXX-XX,000 warranty with only 43k miles on the car, it is unheard of that I can not be treated like a valued customer. I do not recommend anyone to have to go through the nightmare I have gone through to just get a simple resolution, if they do not have the capacity or technical experience to fix the car then do a buyout. I pay my payment and should get what I pay for a working reliable vehicle. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP they do not care about you or your well-being!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Gilroy CDJR was purchased in December of 2020. We are not associated with South County, the previous ownership, and cannot honor another companies warranty that we are not associated with. If this was a Mopar warranty, we could honor it, but we cannot honor another companies warranty they sold you. You will have to look into this with South County and the support contacts on your warranty. We will also supply customer support phone numbers below to see if they can help you your warranty.

      My vehicle was purchased on 5/26/2019 at 455 Automall Drive Gilroy CA XXXXX. I did purchase Mopar Vehicle protection at the time of purchase for 84 MOS/ 60,000 miles service cont. AND 84 MOS/ 70,000 Maintenance cont. My vehicle is within warranty and I have a case open with the warranty department. I was following the Jeep warranty case manager instructions when I brought my vehicle to your dealership. My case manager is named Micheal has confirmed that your dealership does not respond or communicate with him as well. Your service departments has not updated the case manger with items addressed, items that could cause the problem, inspections done or work performed to my car and your service department has not provided details needed to know what resources were utilized for the issues on my car. Your service department cleared 19 codes from my vehicle and replaced the throttle body in my car but unfortunately this did not correct the problem. When I brought my vehicle back to your dealership to address it they did not know why the vehicle was brought back even though the case manager had arranged the appointment, the dealership stated they had not worked on my car a week later when they asked me for $20 in gas money, your dealership called my place of employment and unprofessionally disclosed personal details about this situation when I have been in communication with the service rep and explained that I was going to reach out to the case manager for next steps since your dealership could not fix my vehicle. All I am asking for is what I have paid and continue to pay monthly for - a reliable and safe vehicle that I can drive myself and my young children in. As a dealership for the brand "JEEP" you are devaluing their product by acting like a low end car dealership. If you took over the South County location you should assume you take over everything that comes with it included customers who rely on you to provide services to correct any issues with their vehicles. You serviced my vehicle and you did not fix the problem you actually worked on my car and I am still having the same problem with it and your are not taking responsibility for the work you did that did not correct the issue.

      This dealership is super shady and has a scam going where they contact Craigslist sellers to buy their cars. They made a deal with us and said we had to send a copy of the title, notarized paperwork, and driver's license and they would show up with a check and pick up the vehicle. I questioned sending sensitive documents via CL email and the person supplied his own personal gmail address for that. I questioned that as super sketchy and called the dealership. They verified he was an employee and that the deal was real. We set up a date the following week for the sale to take place but they did not respond on that day. We then got a cryptic message that just said "yes" to an email asking what was going on. The next day when we emailed again to say this is the last time we would reach out, the person replied the only way they could buy the car now was for us to deliver it 45 min away- completely opposite the deal that was set. People should be aware that this dealership is full of scams and employs sketchy characters to act in their behalf. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

      Worst buying experience of my life. Bought a BRAND new jeep only to find paint chips and scratches they refused to fix when i arrived. My financing was set up before I arrived yet it took 3 hours for finance team to get my paperwork together. Edit: fast forward 2 years later when I went to sell my jeep, they refuse to give me a refund on my warranty and gap. Will be reporting to the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automobiles. GO ELSEWHERE, YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!!
