i replied to an email for Luxury African Safaris with included Business Class Airfare, spoke with the owner, ******* *** ***** and agreed to wire him ******* for my wife and myself. The wire went out on 11/17/2021 for a trip that was supposed to start on March 10and end on March 25th, 2022. The agreement, in writing was that they would provide me with my tickets between January 24th, 2022 and February 8th, 2022. The tickets did not arrive and each time I called I was told that they would book my flights "today or tomorrow". After this happening for a month and the trip dates approaching I demand the tickets and was told that 'they could cancel my tip'. I told them if they cancelled my trip I obviously expected a refund. They never provided my tickets, nor did they refund my money. Their California Seller of Travel Certificate of Registration number is XXXXXXX. Any help would be greatly appreciated
