  This company is a scam. I contracted moving services through Medal of Honor Moving and needed my car shipped too from ** to **. ***** gave me a referral to another company called ** Auto Transport aka Regal Auto Transport. The owner is ****** and was told that they give good rates and are a good company to work with. Spoke to ****** on May 19th, 2023, rates seemed reasonable, received my contract, and paid a deposit of $225. I called ****** a week or so prior to giving him my actual address and everything was still on schedule. On June 15th the day my car was supposed to be picked up I didnt hear from the driver or the company. I called early afternoon to voice my concerns and was told not to be concerned that the driver was running behind schedule but was on his way and would contact me 1-2 hours out. Its now evening, and I still have not heard from anyone. I called the office and this time the office was closed. I left an urgent message for ****** explaining the situation and also stating that I had an evening flight, and needed to know where was the driver? No response or phone call. I barely caught my flight and had to leave my car and items behind. The next day, June 16th I received a call from someone wanting to confirm my pick-up date. I stated that I was no longer in NV and you guys screwed me over and that the car was supposed to be picked up the day before on the 15th. I was blatantly lied to and never heard back from ****** or his company, no apologies and they kept my deposit even though they were in the wrong. US Auto Transport/Regal Auto Transport is a scam. They are all THEIVES AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

  This is U.S. Auto Transport responding back to the complaint filed by this individual. This complaint filed about our transport company is incorrect and an error on the individual's end because we are AHL Transport **** DBA **** Auto Transport located in Tujunga, **. We are not the company that this is intended for mentioned in the individual's complaint referred to as **** Auto Transport/Regal Auto Transport. This is a common name by many companies in this line of work and we would appreciate for this complaint to be removed as it is not referencing the correct company and we have never been in contact with this individual. Our company transports cars only from CA to ** for the past 20 years and the complaint mentioning we never contacted them to pick up their vehicle is incorrect as it is intended for a different company with a similar name. Our company has never  transported vehicles from NV to GA either. We would appreciate it if this complaint will be removed and the individual files it correctly with the accurate company they are looking for to receive the refund. In the future, please make sure when filing a complaint that it is referring to the correct company because we have not done anything incorrect on our end and now we must provide an explanation for a matter we were never involved in. We would like this complaint to be removed because it gives an incorrect and inaccurate representation of our company when this matter is clearly meant for another company with the similar name to ours.

  I booked to ship my vehicle and made a deposit and was sent a receipt. After the vehicle was picked up, transported cross country their driver showed up with a contract and receipt that had a different balance due, and completely different names of the company. Before he would even consider unloading my vehicle demanded cash, would not let me inspect my vehicle and continued to demand more money than I agreed to pay and had a receipt for.. Ultimately the driver who showed up had his "contract" paid even though it was not what I was agreed to. The deposit with "US Auto Shipping" was told to me to be a scam and the driver told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I would like a full refund of my deposit as this company had nothing to do with the service or contract and took my money with out providing any services they where employed as blatantly proven by the person who showed up to do the service.

  This is U.S. Auto Transport responding back to this  complaint. It seems that this customer is making wrongfully accusation towards our company.

  First we would like to have more information about this shipment to provide prove that this accusation are completely wrong, We are a Transport Company working with different brokers and we dispatch through Central Dispatch where the loads  are posted from different brokers, This customer is mistaking the ********************** company with the broker that he had contact with.  We never collect any deposit in advance and all broker's collect their deposit form the customers in advance and the remaining balance is paid to transporters based on what the contact shows. , Before making any accusation this customer should be careful and not jumping to any wrong conclusion that our driver asked for more money. He should have a contact with the broker mentioning the amount that is due upon delivery the same way that we have contact with the same broker telling us how much payment the driver reeds to collect upon delivery.  We as a Transport Company do not decide the payment, the brokers tells us how much to collect form shipments,  

  Our driver asked for payment based on what the contact said from the broker  and they never ask more money from the  customers, Brokers are not same as Transport Company and they have no trucks of their own to transport cars and that is how this  business work.  The customer should  come  forward with his contact  with his broker and we will provide same contract with the same broker showing the transport rate  due on delivery. Thank you
