      Terrible company. Just saw a commercial from them that said at least they will look cute doing it and no one will know how much you regret having them. No child should ever even have that thought cross through their mind and for it to be put there by a childrens clothing company?!? Disgusting.

      Do yourself a favor. Never do any business of any kind with these people. Somehow they got me on their mailing list and refuse to take me off. I assure you *** never had any dealings with them. Im a 74 yo male. What in ***************** would I want that they have. I have requested, filled out forms, waited, and anything else you can think of and they are bombarding me with emails every single day. I direct them to Spam and somehow some of them still get through. Any company that will not do you the simple courtesy of not covering you up in junk mail does not deserve your business.

      Used to LOVE Posh Peanut. The print still are amazing. But, customer service is absolutely terrible, and are not helpful.In conjunction, their ******** BST page is a joke. The rules are ridiculous, and insanely funny how some of the people in that group follow it like a JOB. Im posting this after I retired myself with all bamboo companies (not saying all are bad) but Posh Peanut by far is the worse out there. Quality has gotten worse with not being able to wear more than once (and Im also washing to their standards. Ive also had products Ive purchased that the fabric wears off on items, etcIn conclusion, Im saddened to post this review as Im not the type of person to publicize a company, but it had to be done. As a positive note as mentioned in the beginning, their prints are great, but just isnt the quality/service I want to pursue with anymore.

      ************* company. They sell overpriced baby clothing and accessories withe mediocre quality. Somehow manage to have an even worse customer service. Bought a blanket that is losing the material (baby hazard), customer service acknowledged it was a problem but would not refund or exchangenothing. They erase bad comments and reviews. Sketchy company.

      Luxury brand with terrible customer service. No assistance available, rote email responses only, quality of products is disappointing, especially considering the price, sizing is not standardized so some items fit well while others are to long or too short but their return policy is abysmal. You must spend time sending them photos and video of poor quality items, jump through all their hoops and even then, theyll not return their damaged poor quality items. Not a standup company. They take your money then disappear.

      Never Again. Worst customer service!!!!!!I ordered a onesie for my 6 month old daughter. When it arrived I noticed there was a hole on the side from the poor stitching. After examining the rest of the onesie there were multiple places with poor stitching. I contacted them and they asked for pictures of all defective anreas and a picture of the batch id. After sending all pictures to them, they sent me a return label to send the item back and they would send me another. Fast forward 3 weeks.. my daughters ****** comes in the mail. When I open it I immediately noticed the poor stitching and on the exact same spots. I compared the batch number on the onesie to the picture I had saved on my phone and it was the same exact ID number. They literally sent me the same exact defective item back to me. When I contacted them they didnt believe me and I showed them all the proof I had. I even put my watch in the pic next to the onesie to show the time stamp and date. The customer service team could have cared less and there only suggestion was I could return it AGAIN and they would send me another. Wtf. I already wasted a month trying to get another one and now they want me to waste another month and I brought up that my daughter is going to outgrow the onesie before this situation gets resolved and the customer service team could have cared less. **************** is what makes a company and these people need to learn that. I will never again order from them and I will share my story. Do not order from them!

      Posh Peanut has the worst website ever. Every drop it crashes and causes parents to miss out on desired items. I love their prints and quality, but missing out on literally everything is getting quite old.

      I have been a loyal customer of theirs for almost 4 years. Over the years each new product drop has been more and more difficult to get anything. Today they launched a ****** print. They sent out a text to alert of the drop 12 minutes late. Almost everything was sold out in seconds. On their VIP page they were deleting comments and sending warnings for anything that was deemed negative. This is not a way to keep loyal customers. The products are getting sold to scalpers and they know that. They have done NOTHING to protect their loyal customer base. The clothes are expensive and pill/rip easily.

      Posh Peanut does not give a s*** about their customers. Their website is constantly having issues during product drops, which is annoying in & of itself. But I was able to place two separate orders for one drop. The first was for over $400 and the second was on $143. The $400 order was delivered. The $143 was not. It says it was but it was clearly misdelivered by ***** I offered to send PP my video camera proof that nothing was delivered to me from *************** my mail was delivered at 11:04 the day of delivery, not 11:53. Their clothes are SO EXPENSIVE, yet they do not offer any sort of route protection or delivery insurance for an extra fee. I wouldve absolutely paid for this. They told me to contact the post office but we all know theyre useless. I dont give a c*** what their FAQs say, they should care about their customers experience & clearly they do not. It would be sooooo easy for them to have offered me even store creditsave your time & hard earned *********** elsewhere.
