      I checked off $1.00 for a trial unlimited search and my card was charged for a full membership. I have a photo of what I checked off. No one has responded to refund me.

Our records show that you registered on our website on 03/03/2024 from your mobile phone at IP address: 174.209.197.24. You paid $1 to try our service for 7 days. As displayed in the screenshot you sent, you also agreed to automatically enroll in a standard monthly membership for $39.94, unless you canceled before your trial expired on 03/10/2024. This is also stated clearly, and directly above the button where you accept your agreement, and it was also emailed directly to you in case you did not read the terms.

      Our records show that you cancelled your membership on 03/04/2024 after performing 15 searches. Hopefully, this jogs your memory. You will see this in your browser history. Since your membership was canceled before 03/10/2024, you were NOT charged the standard monthly membership fee or the $20 you mentioned.

      Please contact the company you paid $20 as this charge is NOT related to our company. We have cancelled your account on your behalf and we have processed a full refund of $1. You will no longer be charged. Please contact your bank to confirm that the full amount has been refunded. Hopefully this resolves all outstanding issues.       I went to run a background check on a single person so I tried to get the service of $1.99 for one day. It never said anything about having to pay ***** or I would have never tried to get the deal at all, and when I tried to get the $1.99 deal, it rejected my info and said it can't provide the report so I didn't try again and just left the website and have never gone back. Then 2 days later I look and see that they went and took $***** out of my account a day or two later. I never used any service they provide and never plan to in the future and asked for a refund. They have refused to give me my money back, they basically went and stole out of my account, I never agreed to pay them $*****

      I emailed check secrets to cancel my account Nov, *********** account was made November 28. I had 7 days to cancel. On Dec 3, 2023 I was charged from my bank account $39.98. I called telling them I canceled on Nov 30 and I shouldnt have been charged. Please cancel my account and refund the $39.98. The lady agreed to cancel the account but resisted agreeing to the refund. Ive still not received a refund. Please assist me with this. Thank you. I have the orginal email I sent them on Nov 30.But when I try to upload it, I never get back to this page to finish and I have to start over. Ive tried 2 times and cant get it to work.

      My employer needed a copy of my marriage certificate to prove spouse still spouse. I could not find copy in house, and courthouse in county (Boundry County, *****) could not find in computer so went to online proivider for documents Checksecrets in attempt to find. The front page was not clear that I joined for $1 and then got charged ***** 7 days later. When the pending draw showed on my phone which I use to monitor my account at Thrivent ******************** I called the ************ which told me that could shut down debit card and send new one which would take up to 14 days. This is unfortunate as this account is where I have my and spouses s security and my paychecks sent. There are no branches in this state to physically enter and I need to pay bills. Once draws and checks clear I will shut down, but feel cannot now for ***** draw. I called them and they supposedly sent me form, but it requires that I rejoin them at **** per month to 6 months to not have draw come out. I will attach copy of letter if you have attachment available.. I feel this is borderline fraud.
