Id give Lavalier zero stars if I could. They are nothing but **************** that prey on women. Not to mention their sales tactics are pushy as heck. I was too kind, in a good mood that day, and definitely shouldve listened to my intuition. Shame on me. But shame on them more for being manipulative, pushy, blatant liars. He said with direct eye contact, to my face, If you dont like the eye cream, you can rerun it for 100% refund. I repeated it back to him. So if I dont like it, I can return it? Yes, yes, 100%.he said. So like an idiot, I bought the cream and a promise of a red light facial. And immediacy after I pay, on the receipt it says NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE ONLY TO SAME PLACE OF PURCHASE IN 14 DAYS.I fought them to my credit card company. I unfortunately lost, (but it was chase **** another company I already have little stars for, but I digress). Anyhow- ******** sent a copy of the receipt w my signature to my credit card company saying I knew what I was signing. Absolute trickery. They do not show you what you are signing. They only hand you a little 2x3 electronic pad to sign.I tried explaining that I signed the little electronic pad BEFORE I got the receipt saying that I cant return, that the sales mantold me I could return it, & that was the only reason I agreed to buy it. But to no avail. Anyhow- I lost $150 to those ruthless scammers, and learned to embrace my eye wrinkles. (The better to see through your lies with my dear.)They will say anything they can to make a sale. Its pretty awful. So Ignore those pushy little silver tounged minions as you briskly walk past those kioksks at the mall ladies. Its a pretty disgusting way to do business. No cream will fix their kind of ugly.
