Id give Lavalier zero stars if I could. They are nothing but **************** that prey on women. Not to mention their sales tactics are pushy as heck. I was too kind, in a good mood that day, and definitely shouldve listened to my intuition. Shame on me. But shame on them more for being manipulative, pushy, blatant liars. He said with direct eye contact, to my face, If you dont like the eye cream, you can rerun it for 100% refund. I repeated it back to him. So if I dont like it, I can return it? Yes, yes, 100%.he said. So like an idiot, I bought the cream and a promise of a red light facial. And immediacy after I pay, on the receipt it says NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE ONLY TO SAME PLACE OF PURCHASE IN 14 DAYS.I fought them to my credit card company. I unfortunately lost, (but it was chase **** another company I already have little stars for, but I digress). Anyhow- ******** sent a copy of the receipt w my signature to my credit card company saying I knew what I was signing. Absolute trickery. They do not show you what you are signing. They only hand you a little 2x3 electronic pad to sign.I tried explaining that I signed the little electronic pad BEFORE I got the receipt saying that I cant return, that the sales mantold me I could return it, & that was the only reason I agreed to buy it. But to no avail. Anyhow- I lost $150 to those ruthless scammers, and learned to embrace my eye wrinkles. (The better to see through your lies with my dear.)They will say anything they can to make a sale. Its pretty awful. So Ignore those pushy little silver tounged minions as you briskly walk past those kioksks at the mall ladies. Its a pretty disgusting way to do business. No cream will fix their kind of ugly. When you think of Lavelier, think ***** when she gives her voice to ******. Poor unfortunate soulsThis one wanting to look younger, this one wanting to look softer, do I scam them? yessss indeeeed.Review from winona t

Very bad and dishonest business. I was dragged into their store front and I spent $4600. I couldnt get it To work. I took it back and asked for my money back. I was told they couldnt refund my money and to take my product and medical device with me as they couldnt take it back without giving me my money back. This *********************. Bad business They will probably close and move to a different spot. Beware of them.Review from Susan B

I will only give them one star because of one friendly staff member. The others are pushy, high powered, in your face sales people. Always pressuring you to buy more ridiculously priced creams, masks, (one was $7,000), face peels, etc. I must have been in la-la land when I agreed to a year of facials. You can't relax during facial because the staff member drones on and on about expensive items they want to stick you with even when you say no over and over. Also they have a very uncomfortable lounge chair for facials, don't change the sheet, saw dirty foot prints on it. I know Manufacturer of Lavelier says they only supply products and businesses are self owned, but someone has to be training these people to be pushy and aggressive in selling because I've read so many unfavorable reviews. I will not complete my year of facials because it is too stressful. This Lavalier is located in ********************************************************Review from Tiffani H

Only giving one star in order to write the review. If you are walking through the Spokane Valley mall avoid this place at all costs (even walking by) unless you like unsolicited touching and having product applied to your face before you even know what's going on (without permission) and then being offended if you don't want the product (is it just the money? No, I happen to like the way I look and you didn't make me look that much better, but it's half off today and only $399 🙄🤦). Even my 10 year old was shocked at what we had just experienced and she loves everything. It was not a good experience and likely will prevent me from ever visiting the mall in the future at all.Review from Amanda J

This place is sketchy! I was at our local mall to get our engagement rings cleaned, when a sales person basically dragged me into the store to do her demo. Needless to say we didn't purchase anything but she did use product on the back of my hand without consent! I have a nasty rash 2 days before my wedding.Review from Rhonda M

They don't stand behind their word. Even when I was told I could get a refund if the product caused allergy problems they wouldn't give me the refund and lied to me time and again. Buyer beware!Review from Cathleen G.

Total scam artists that prey on innocent people! They charged $273.17 on my credit card for a tiny vial of cement (bait snd switch!) they used sales slip to defraud Wells Fargo claiming it was "final sale"!!! A complete SCAM! These fraudsters belong in jail!!!Review from Shabren S

This company took advantage of my mother. She is in her 60's but is in the early stages of dementia. Before she could leave the store I was on the phone with her trying to get her to return the cream they had got her to buy. $***! They told her no refunds. They are **** artists period! The cream she bought I can get online for $***. Tell me this isn't a ****. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Do better!Review from Notobadbusiness

This is an older experience (end of year, 2019), but I was so upset, I wasn't able to leave a review at the time and then forgot. I've only left a couple bad reviews in my life, and I hate to say anything negative about a business, but this company makes money off of conning people. I was in the Glendale mall and gave in to a smooth salesman who lured me in with hand cream. I'm usually pretty good at avoiding instances like this, but they looked legit with their own space instead of a kiosk. They tried the items on me, but I told them right away I wouldn't be purchasing anything. Well then the salesman said the original price is $1500 but they were having a huge sale because of some reason and that he'd throw in the face wash that I was honestly impressed by in for even a better deal. I payed $400 (more than maybe I've ever paid for skincare combined). Immediate regret, but I thought oh welllesson learned. But when the eye cream pump didn't work and it felt suspiciously light, I looked for a number to call right away. There was none. I couldn't find an email address or phone number ANYWHERE. I took time off work to go in the very next day. The woman behind the counter was magically able to get it work, but when I asked for a refund, she refused and said they can't refund the purchase. When asking to speak to the manager, she was incredibly shady. I go to great lengths to be kind and generous in my communication, but I was being manipulated outright. I left telling her she was conning people and that is no way to do business. Please do not give this company money. I'm sorry if you did. I hope malls refuse this company space until they make some transparent ethical changes. As far as the product goes, I am not sure if it was just gimmicky like everything else the company does. Good skin isn't worth my morals. I also now don't trust a company that always has a huge sale or offers another deal when I say I won't pay that much. Shame on you, Lavelier.Review from Irene P

I was approached by ..., at Washington Square Mall, she is a lovely person and is a very convincing sales person. However, she did her sales pitch and performed products on my face. She said the product costs $300.00, said I could not afford it, so she threw in two other products at the same price, all the while showing the results. I just looked up the product on the internet and saw you could purchase it for $175.00, she said if I purchased it on the internet it would cost $1,500.00. So I purchased the three items, and she said that they had a promotion for a free consult with a licensed facial person, so we went their, she set me up for what was suppose to be a 15 minute consult and she ended up giving me a facial, which if I purchased they products they were selling I could get them for the great deal of $4,500.00. Again I kept telling her that was too much money, she ended up by offering those products for $1,500.00. Great deal of pressure to sell their products. When I got home about 2 hours later I looked into the mirror and to my horror the skin under my eyes were crusty. So I used Ponds to take that awful look off. So this morning, ok, I will try the products I was originally sold. After awhile, about 2 hours, went and looked at my eyes, same thing, dry and crusty, so I had to take it off again. The story here is be careful, I got duped, it is a hard lesson flushing $300.00 down the toilet.
