  In May of 2023 I signed up for Glendale Career College to study to become a licensed vocational nurse. That day I signed up I went home and found out I was pregnant. I called my advisor ******** to ask if there were options available to me incase I needed to take a medical leave absence she assured me they're was and that it wouldnt affect my studies. I started school in October 2023 I was then 5 month pregnant I had class Monday -Wednesday from 6 -10 pm and also attended classes Saturday and Sunday from 7am-3:30 pm. I worked from 9am to 5:30 sometimes even 5:50 pm still never missed a zoom class. I was working a full time job while going to school full time. Caring for my 2 year old son along with being pregnant. This was very challenging but I was determined to finish school for my kids. While I attended school clinicals on the weekend we were told that we would eventually go to facilities to practice our skills with real patients. However we needed medical cMrs.**** attention who was in charge of getting our clearance, I mentioned to her that I was pregnant and that I might not be cleared by my doctor to go to clinicals because the date to start clinicals was close to my due date I was already 4-5 months in of school . I asked her about this twice in front of the whole class and each time she would say we would handle the situation when the time comes and that my case was special and to not worry. After I gave birth on February 19th thankfully it was a holiday and did not have to attend class however the following day I still went to class. I then got a call from ************ stating that since my doctor did not clear me I had to retake the whole term and I would be charged for another term. Also mentioned that I would not get any credit for the last 5 months that i took. This was very upsetting bc I was passing the class and worked extremely hard and was very exhausted.She then stated I would have to start my term in August of 2024.

  I started going to school to get my LVN license and paying every month since April 2023. Around September I informed them that I would be taking medicine leave and they let me know that that would be okay and they would let me know when I will be able to continue. After my medical leave I let them know I was good to continue and they didnt respond. They continually sent me emails about paying them but wouldnt respond to my emails about having me continue the program. Then after going in person they didnt want to let me continue and havent been responding. I have told them that I want to continue but they have stated that I have dropped the classes even though I have email proof stating that I would love to continue and get my degree. All I want from this is to stop the payments and just leave everything be.

  I enrolled in Glendale Career College in their Surgical Technology course which was a 2 year term and Paid around $25,000. I was told they were ACCREDITED And would be able to get certified and get work as a Certified Surgical Technologist in Hospitals or Surgical locations. I needed to get a Student Loan and upon completion of the school after 2 years of hard work I had a small child at the time I finished the School and graduated. I wasnt able to find work in the field right away. I needed to work right away to pay for my life. Rent bills my child and student loan. I always thought I had my Education to fall back on whenever I wanted or needed during The Covid outbreak I had a chance since work was Super slow to take the Certification test and get a career in my field of study I came to find out the school wasnt ACCREDITED when I attended. Therefore my education and Diploma were no good. The money I paid was taken Fraudulently. The School had lied. I have nothing they need to give me my money back and my expenses for the those 2 years the child care I paid for and all my Troubles. I planned on that Diploma and Education thinking I have gone to College and have a degree to fall back on whenever I need. They lied and Fraudulently collected money. If I would have known they werent ACCREDITED I would have went to a different school. Now Im stuck. Thats horrible !!!Who would think your College is going to cheat you ? We can resolve this amicably or I will definitely *** them. I paid around $25000.00 but my expenses Were around $50,000.00 thats what they need to reimburse me after Cheating me out of my education. It should be alot more !!!I have documents where the staff are stating the school was ACCREDITED at the time. Which was false.
