      Ive been applying to forest lawn since 2020 for the maintenance worker 1 position and intermittent worker. *** reached out to HR to get a response on multiple occasions and they never give me a call back.

      I started the process of replacing my grandfathers incorrect headstone at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills back in June 2021. Veteran Affairs placed the order for his replacement headstone on Sept. 8th, 2021 and it was delivered to Forest Lawn. I was told that it would be installed sometime around February 2022 and yet it wasnt. It's well over a year later, and still nothing has been done. I have tried to get in touch with someone at Forest Lawn but have received no response from anyone. The last communication of any kind I received was in December 2021. My mother and uncle also stopped by the Hollywood Hills location to ask about the status and were told someone would call them. That was back in January 2023 and no one ever called. We have called, emailed, and sent messages directly from their website several times to no avail. I do not understand why the replacement grave marker still has not been installed. The only logical conclusion I can come to is that Forest Lawn misplaced it. If that is indeed the case, it is absolutely no excuse for blatantly ignoring my attempts at communication. This treatment is not only quite disrespectful, but it is also unprofessional. If they did lose it, it is Forest Lawn's responsibility to rectify the situation, i.e. have a replacement made, inform me of the situation and apologize for their negligence.

      ***************************** I had purchased the lot at Forest Lawn ****************************************** I purchased the tablet for her gravesite in August 2021 and paid for it in full on the purchase date. In about two weeks her two year anniversary is coming up and we still do not have her tablet. I have spent numerous hours trying to call them and even go there on my day off to no avail. They have been giving me the run around for 15 months now. I have been given lies and lies all this time. They keep promising in three weeks, then in six weeks, then by Nov. 1st and now in reply to my last inquiry on the same day I have received two different responses. One says the tablet has shipped and another one on the same day says the tablet is in production and I should follow up with them in two weeks. I am sick and tired and ********** beyond belief of this business.*********************************************** it is very ************ to say the least that we still have to struggle to find her grave sight. I do not know if I have any recourse and how to end this ********** Would appreciate some ***********

      My father passed **** in October 2020. A full funeral service was purchased and paid for by our family. The tablet order was never placed it seems. This was brought to my attention and beginning in January of this year I have been in contact with this place to resolve the matter. I have sent them everything requested and been told they will place the order for me and assured me it will be taken care of. It is now August 3rd and still nothing. Its been 8 months and still no tablet on my dads grave. I have emails dating form January all the way to a month ago stating the tablet is in such and such as phase and will be receiving an email once complete and still nothing. I have the names of the people Ive spoken with and who have assured me everything will be taken care of. Still nothing has happened. We paid almost $20,000 for a funeral service and we are just being ignored. I have the names of people Ive spoken with as well but Id rather not bring them up just yet. I need this company to place my dads tablet the way we requested on his grave immediately. My deceased father's name is ******** *********. Anything needed such a invoices to emails will be provided upon request.

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2022/09/06) */ I have tried to respond to the BBB but there isn't a way to do so. The company, Forrest Lawn, has fixed the issue for over a month now. I haven't had a way to close the issue or inform the BBB. Therefore everything has been completed and I am satisfied. Thank you very much.

      I've been trying to resolve payment issues in my elderly mothers account that I've payed. Her payments are being ********* where there suppose to go. The account manager ******* ******** and her coworker ****** both laughed during the conversation which led to further frustration. I've left several messages for Ms ******** to call me back only ti be ignored! After finally reaching her she laughed after I explained she was **** over the phone and both ladies hung up in mt ***** This a service I'm paying for and a business entity that deals with untimely passings ** our loved ones! I will never patronize ******* Lawn again especially dealing with these two ladies. After I told her I'd file a complaint she made a verbal threat that I ****** on the tale end of conversation before I hung up on her!

      There are unethical practices taking place at this location and specifically where my family has purchased a grave site fro my mother. Flower pot holders are being taken specifically from her grave without any one contacting us and while others are in place (I have photo evidence). Her location has not been lawn manicured for over 6.5 years after being told year after year that it's on their agenda. Her grave is sinking and opening up around it and nothing has been done, weeds in particular on her specific grave is not being cut.It is only section of the entire park that is not done. I have emailed numerously to managers and have received no response. We paid top dollar for this location and we are not receiving the benefits like others are. This is turning into an ethical issue as well as some form of ************** nature since it seems that her grave is the only one that is being affected.

      i ***** bought a ***** from them in 5.17.12 crypt **** for total 7,XXXXX. i bought this at there sister site cypress,ca. my understanding is to file with the main one witch is in glendale,ca. when i bought this off of ****** ******* i told him i wanted to go straight in the crypt i want nothing more because my family is back east and most have past he never once said i had to pay extra ***** to have it opened if that was the case i would never had purchased it. i realized this now because i live in Nevada and my kids in CA. My health isnt great im 68 trying to save enough money for this contacting mortuarys here to have my body moved to Cypress,ca. i am making a will out trying to take care of this planning so its less stress on my kids and this forest lawn loads this on me. i want my money returned they lied to me and never told me i had to pay extra for the Opening, this was suppose to be included. why would i want to buy this crypt if it didnt include being open. makes no sense, just another hidden fee these companies never tell you about.***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
