      yes i ordered a create card machine and 3 days later i called them and cancelled the order and i was told that would not be a problem because it was with in the window to cancel it and i have been fighting with them for 5 yrs, 8 mos and they refuse to do anything about it the resign I had to cancel the order I found out my wife was going blind and we had to close the store down and i never received the card reader to return it so there for i do not owe for it

Fidelity Recovery Service has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC ****. 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Debt collectors are not allowed to communicate with me under the 15 USC 1692C

      Had Covid and hospitalized from November******** through Dec ****** at ******* hospital and sent home after 9 day stay on oxegyn. I have ******** and they pay for 100% of my healthcare including this hospital stay, treatment on oxegyn. The oxegyn tank company sent me to collections stating to me when I called that I DID NOT return their equipment. This is not true at all. All drop off and pick ups were done from my front porch due to my covid condition and personnel would not come in my home. *************************** has placed a negative report on my credit asking for $309 for equipment that was returned but they are stating otherwise. The collection agency is Fiedlity Recovery Service. Its the principal of the matter that I refuse to pay for something that is fabricated and has no merrit. Their equipment was picked up off my front porch where they instructed me to leave it for drop off and pick up. I can pay 309.00 all day long but paying for their mistake goes agaisnt every fiber in my body. I question how may patients they tried this with for financial gain

      I have filed a complaint on 4/23/2021 ********************************************* about an erroneous claim on my credit report. The agency responded to them that I spoke to a representative and tried to settle the account and they also said that I have never contacted them directly to address the matter. I also complained of the company adding some kind of fee to the claimed account which raises the amount each month. They failed to respond to that complaint. I then sent a certified letter in May 2021 to them requesting explanation and verification of the above claim. They sent an old lease but failed to provide a detailed explanation of the amount that they say I owe. Neither did they give an explanation of why the amount continues to increase an effect my credit. This agency continues to be in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the corresponding state laws.
