      Ive been a client for over TWO YEARS and they have produced NO RESULTS. I signed a retainer with this group when it was Severo ********* before they changed to Bulldog Law. That was in 2022 and I have had multiple lawyers working on my case with their paralegals. They have provided no results and just bounce clients around like a ball. They will be glad to take your money but will NOT give progress updates or any results or information even when requested by the client.

      I hired this law firm to represent me in criminal case I am facing. The case is straight forward as theres no objective evidence since I am facing false allegations but their lawyers didnot dedicate time to sit and discuss my case and take the proofs from me. They looted my for one and a half year of my money. The lawyers are extremely unprofessional- they threaten to abandon me and would inform me of my court hearing 30mins before the start. They arent focused on their clients and have the worst service. Most inhuman lawyers. Money hungry. The lawyer would come unprepared in all the court appearances. Why? Because she never bothered to sit and discuss and plan out with me and wanted to make the case reach trial so they can take more money from me. They have good for nothing lawyers who even dont know what to ask in courtroom and how to present. With all that I paid them all these months, I got no value in return.Save yourself from this law firm.

      On 10/17/22 I hired the Severo Law Firm to represent me and defend me in a *********** case, I talked to the first representative of the firm, Executive Director ************, who told me that I needed an attorney because my case was really difficult, but******* declined my case on 08/23/22, I didn't know it. He looked into my case and even after being dropped********** they took the job and charged me $4.200,00. ************, the attorney who was supposed to work in my case called me 1 week later after I complained that since my payment I haven't had a call, the only update was from the paralegal ********* who kept texting me and saying that ****** was working on my case, he also asked me to send some information about myself (all by text message). I went in person to ****** because at this point I didn't trust the office anymore and ****** gave me a document saying that I didn't have a case. I sent this document report to the supervisor attorney***************** who was addressed by ***** and I explained the situation, he said that he would send the email to the right person, after that I never heard from him again. ************ turned off the phone many times in the middle of the conversation, the accountant said that they will not refund because they worked to drop my case. But as I already said they never had a case to work on.

Per Section 1 of the engagement that was signed and agreed by ****************** hired our firm connection with an alleged violation ************************************ of the agreement shows that ****************** signed and agreed to pay the sum of $4,200.00 upon execution hereof. Section 3 States: In addition to attorney's fees, you will be responsible for all costs and expenses to be incurred to properly handle the case as set forth above. Costs and expenses commonly include filing and recordation fees, investigator fees and costs, court reporters' fees, videoconferencing, messenger and other delivery fees, parking, transportation, first class lodging and other necessary travel expenses, reproduction costs, and other similar items. EXHIBIT A (Page 6) The signed and agreed Credit / Debit Chargeback Policy States: The client knowingly, voluntarily, and willingly waives all rights to dispute with his/her credit/debit card company, fees paid with a credit/debit card. In the event any kind of fee dispute arises, the client agrees to strictly abide to the terms and conditions of the "Retainer Agreement," and "Credit/Debit Card Authorization." Our firm was successful in the completion of no filing of the clients case. There was extensive research, case law analysis and multiple teams that worked on this case to achieve a positive outcome. Attached is the copy of our Billing Records showing $5,170 of work completed and signed retainer by the client. All work for the client has been performed and was advised of this. Unfortunately, the clients unreasonable expectations to refund her money when work was performed was not good enough. Our firm did everything possible to achieve a positive outcome for her. The lengthy response for an explanation of my complaint seems to have taken more time than actual service provided for my case. I paid upfront for legal representation. I received a call from a paralegal who was unable to provide me with the simple answers of what to expect moving forward and when I had not heard from an actual attorney for several days after paying the fee, I called back and escalated a complaint to which the phone call of me complaining is documented as a billable service for which no legal help was provided. I was told I would be assigned a new attorney who never reached out to me after this phone call as well. When I call back all documentation leads back to saying that Marion Titus is still my assigned attorney, but the phone call with **************** ended with him agreeing to dismiss her. I never heard from him again and I was never introduced to the new attorney. I didn't have any feedback about my case. Nobody showed up on my court or called me about my court. I did sign a contract but I did not receive the service I paid for. The services were not well delivered at all. I am being told that extensive research was done on my behalf, but that research was done by my husband and I. We asked the paralegal to obtain copies of my police report and to find out from ******** more information about my case. The police report he obtained was one that we had to obtain and email from our own efforts. We were strung along because of our ignorance of legal matters and taken advantage of. It wasn't until we were unsatisfied with the lack of follow-up and work being done on my case that we reached out to another lawyer who within 1 minute of hearing our situation told us that we should find out from the **** ourselves. There is no documentation of them giving the correct information to me, it wouldn't be profitable. This brings into question not only the integrity of the Law Offices of Raoul Severo, but also their competency to legally represent and assist people on legal matters. We agreed to pay for legal services that were not provided. I'm still waiting for this law firm to provide me time stamped documentation of any information being provided to us about the verdict of our case prior to our complaint and request for refund. Your billing of over $5,000 dollars reflects phone calls of complaints and us questioning what is being done in our case and nowhere states any "positive outcomes" being either achieved or reported to me, the client. Your DISHONESTY and INCOMPETENCY is reflected in the way you bill your clients. This is only a complaint to the *** with the goal to report bad business practice. Feel free to defend yourself here and take credit for work that you did not do. We only wish to make known to potential clients that your billing and practices are DISHONEST and INEFFICIENT and hopefully this will prompt your business to make the necessary changes to provide better service in your field. Also of note, a quick search shows that Raoul J. Severo, the owner of this office has had a long list of disciplinary charges filed against him by the State Bar**************, ****************, The supervising attorney had also been charged previously. This goes beyond a bad review. I wish I had done this research before making any decisions. BE AWARE and research this law office and any of these people before hiring them, they were unable to perform their job correctly as they claim. They prey on those who are inexperienced in matters of the law. I hope my misfortune can save someone else in the future.       On January 7 2022 , I hired this attorney for my husband in a criminal case, this attorney did nothing for us, on January 18 , we decided to visit him in his office in ******* at **************** in ******* and office doesn't even exist. I called him and told him that I needed my money back. But no answer yet. This guy is a fraud
