If I could give -5 stars, I would. The level of frustration Ive endured from this organization is beyond words. My mom decided to cancel some dental work after I had already paid the full amount. For an entire week, I waited for a confirmation number, and finally, on Friday, 8/23, I was told the credit card number they had on file was incorrect. I immediately sent them the correct information, and they supposedly refunded the money to my account. The very next day, I received a text from my credit card company that the transaction had been canceled by the California Dental Group.Since then, Ive been caught in a maddening loop, going back and forth with my credit card company, who insists they see no refund on their end, and the California Dental Group, who keeps insisting theyve refunded my money. They blame the credit card company, and the credit card company blames them. Meanwhile, Im stuck in the middle with no resolution in sight.All I asked was for someone to check their system to see if there were any canceled or error transactions, but no one is willing to help. Its like talking to a brick wall. If you get a quote from this place, do notunder any circumstancespay or sign anything upfront. Getting your money back from these people is an absolute nightmare.Stay as far away as possible. I made the mistake of returning here after my dentist retired, thinking it would be convenient to have everything in one place. I shouldve listened to my friends who referred me to another dentist in ******. This has been one of the worst decisions Ive ever made.
