I had the police called on me for merely requesting the name of the "night manager" because he harassed, threatened, and degraded me in front of several customers despite me having tickets in hand. Let me preface this by saying I was a loyal patron of this theater since it opened. I will NEVER come here again. The alleged night manager of this theater, "*******" is a disgusting individual who has ruined this establishment and bullies and threatens paying and loyal customers. I was called a thief, a "*****," threatened as a woman, and had the police called on me because I requested the name of the manager to file a report."Ralphie" refused to provide his full name upon request and spoke to us in a degrading and unbelievable manner from the very beginning of our encounter. He even had the nerve to target us and call us racist, despite the fact he was the one who showed animosity and bias, likely due to our races and age.We were given free passes due to an error on behalf of management at a prior showing. When we tried to utilize our passes we were denied access because the movie we wanted to see was not covered. *This was nowhere on the pass, which said it was good for ANY film. But fine. We then showed we had purchased tickets just in case and offered to repurchase the tickets if there was still an issue. ******* then accused us in front of other patrons of being thieves, he called us racist, and then called the police on us when I merely asked his name and stated I would be filing a report.I have NEVER been treated like this in my life. He also mocked my profession, told me and other customers that a PUBLIC sidewalk was "his theater" and to get off the property. Not only did this man harass and threaten me, a woman of color, he harassed my Black friend and accused us of being criminals multiple times. Mind you, we had PASSES that were supposedly good for ANY movie at the establishment.DO NOT come here unless you want to have the police called on you.
