      I ordered a 7-day detox Kit on April 23, 2023, and 15% discount courtesy was given which I refused. I have been emailing regarding my refund and have had no response as to date.       On 4/30/2023 I ordered the 7 day Detox Kit from queenafua.myshopify.com for a total of $156.90 ($148.50+ $8.40 shipping) order #QAP26003. Checking on the status of my order today, it still says 'Order Placed'. I have reached out to ************************************* twice for the status of my order and have not received any reply. I also emailed info@queenafua on 5/17, today to finally request my order to be canceled, though I highly doubt any movement will occur. If you call their number ************ any time of the day, it just goes straight to voicemail. I highly respect Queen Afua herself and own all her books so I am disappointed about the negligence I received and surprised at this almost scam like treatment. Needless to say, I am no longer interested in the products and really hoping my order can be cancelled and I can get a full refund.

      On 11/29/22 I purchased the 7 day detox kit from queenafuaproducts.com for $122.50 ( order #QAP24455). The kit should have included 1 Green **** Formula, 1 Master Herbal Formula, 1 Colon Ease Formula, 1 Herbal Laxative Formula 7-Day Supply, 1 ************************* 7-Day Supply 2oz, and 1 Breath of **** Formula 7-Day Supply 1/4 Oz I received my order on 12/16/22 and it was missing Breath of life formula. I've called the number listed on their website several times and no one ever answered. I've also sent numerous emails requesting to have the missing item sent to me but I have yet to receive a response. At this point I would like a refund for the cost of the missing item.
