Date 5/00/2023 Amount paid $250 Play Capri took a payment for two nights that repairs, but refused every single service that was written out in our contract that we sent. They refused to offer any regular items that a hotel would provide for example, towels, soap, shampoo, Kleenex box, the list goes on. I was multiple times harass, harassed by the very unprofessional employees. There is space to add video. I will include one of the employees coming towards me in a harassing manner continuously, walking as I am walking backwards, fearing for my safety. he is almost time and I am and I am a female so that was going to be incompatible in any sense. This establishment does not ring acknowledge civil rights that we have in ******* and they believe when you see the sign and you decide to stay they can dictate, everything from your hygiene to even getting a clean room when the regular rate has been paid no discounts have been afford it to me as a matter fact, I paid more at the property because they werent able to find my reservation so they had to take cash, which is a bit suspect the rest of the time what I have witnessed is the employees sleeping on the clock right in the lobby or being told to go to my room because Im not saying things that they would rather me say like its OK to treat me as a second class set a time second class citizen now whether thats because I want it or thats because Im black auto Im not sure but it seems everyone else lighter shade than me get royal treatment. I paid the same amount. I cant even get a clean room or towels the next day or soap or shampoo. No clean sheets. Just how the drain smells smells you can tell deep cleaning is not a priority here
