Hello, I would address immediate attention of BBB to Meest Corporation, Inc. in ******** **, to deal with the loss of my personal belongings that I sent through them from *********** to ****** on July 1, 2020. The missing items include 2 of my diplomas (******* and ********), documents in my and my children's names, art supplies (brushes and paints), 3 albums, 3 ballet and dance dresses of my daughter, build a bear with a set of clothes on him, hairpins, my 2 dresses that I bought in ***** at a price of 100 euros each, and an easel they broke. I entrusted and sent my personal belongings through Meest, and because it was stolen, they should be fully responsible to find them. Otherwise, their company is not legit, and they should be out of business. Only they know and can trace the route of my parcels, and only they can contact the relevant organizations and find the loss. I do not own this data, and therefore turned it to them. Again, they know the route of the cargo and, accordingly, can track it and find those responsible for the theft of my things. I paid my money for job well done, but it turned out completely other way around. they cannot continue to be in business, if they are not helping their customers to find stolen items, that were sent through their company. It's not people's fault that they not doing business properly, and when items lost, they don't make any effort to help customers to find them, and only trying to clear their actions saying about a time frame it was sent. This does not change the essence, because in the end my personal belongings were stolen on the way, and it turned out that they took money from me for that. Tell me how it can be normal? If they would not help me, I won't have a choice, and complain about them to the appropriate authorities because first, I want them to find my things, and if they can't find them, then they should fully compensate me their value, and secondly, I don't want anyone else to suffer from their negligence.
